Briefly explain your games interpretation of the Pacifist theme?
We just wanted to make a game that was chill, didn't have any foes that you needed to defeat, just a mischievous lil gnome who messed with your stuff and now you need to put it all back.
How much CODE (text or visual) did you make?
You created all of the code from scratch (excluding game engine)
How much of the game's ART did you make?
You created most of the art (not with AI) - but used a handful of existing assets
How much of the game's SOUND effects did you make?
You didn't create any sound effects - you used existing audio for your game
How much of the game's MUSIC effects did you make?
You didn't create any music - you used existing music tracks for your game
Other comments (Code / Art / Sound / Audio)
Tried to go for more than words but stumbled on the finish screen I suppose.
The literal only asset that wasn't painstakingly handdrawn by CupCake was the snowflake.
Aren't you awesome for being creative and taking part?

Thank you both for getting involved in the game jam! amazing little entry, the gnomes certainly had character - in both their art and adopted voices :D I appreciated the little hidden easter eggs too, that sorta stuff adds such character and keeps the player curious :D
I had some load issues where it would hang my entire browser and I would need to close it, maybe I was clicking too fast on the screen before it was loaded? not sure, but I did get it working by just waiting and not touching anything until a few moments after it loaded. Great art, maybe would have been nice to see where the items were going to placed so I wouldn't get a failure when it looked like I was placing it in the right spot, hard problem to solve for the user though. Maybe just making it a little more forgiving would work. Liked that it was different each time.
Thank you for playing! 🎅🤩
Not sure what could've caused the crash tbh, very interesting to hear!
I do agree that the location detection should be a bit more leniet / hitboxes should be a wee bit bigger. Especially the shovel can be a bit weird because of the slim hitbox.
Beautiful little game. The art style and the "set/level" design creates an amazing atmosphere. The way of using only symbols, sound and mimics/gestures instead of words was implemented very well; at no time it was unclear what to do. Especially the object placement user feedback with the reactions of the mischievous hustomte was great.
The only issue I had during my play through was that the object placement was a bit finicky; sometimes I would place an object at the correct location and it would not register it properly.
Overall: Väldigt bra gjort!
