Yeah unfortunately we couldn't get the respawn system functional in time, glad you liked the part you could play though!
Loved it! Graphics are great of course. I really liked the jump, it felt so smooth. The cutscenes were great, especially the voice acting/vocals. Nice game!

Thanks for playing! I tried to translate the dialogue into Nahuatl the best I could, but it didn't quite translate 1:1, and my pronunciation is probably way off, but it came out okay.
Loved the boss fight at the end in particular but there are loads of great touches in this. The graphics are superb - got me thinking of the first scene in Indiana Jones (with the big rock). There's some obvious unfinished parts in the levels (I fell down a hole in the floor and was stuck and had to wait until I died to restart). Also, the enemies before the boss are a tad too easy.
Add some cool level design and varied enemies and this could be great. Oh and the 'Aztec' speech was very well done at the end.
Thanks so much for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, the floor bug you encountered had us quite stumped as well, you're supposed to respawn if you fall but we couldn't get that working in time.
Really liked the artwork in this one. I wish the combat system was a little more refined, but I did like you had a nice boss battle at the end. Good job.
