  • Playing as an Ogre is a real treat! I like the story and it makes me wonder what the Ogre is seeking redemption for. I like the humor of last room, that moment of frustration haha! I wonder, can that door be found normally? I do think there were a missed opportunity to give the Ogre some unique skills. Moving with only 1 red die might fit the mode of an ogre, but is not super fun to roll with as a player. That, and the backtracking for the levers can add some considerable playtime to this quest. What a moment of triumph when the ogre does find the crown! I was right there with them with your wonderful storytelling.
  • Such clever secrets and overall approach to the path to the crown - I really like the thought that has gone into this - it will surely be a lovely puzzle for the heroes to play through and solve. Well done and best of luck!

Hey Craig!

Terry and I played your quest--we really liked it! Terry was Zargon, and the zombie in the hallway snuck up behind Thural and attacked him! Then, when I didn't kill the zombie in front of the wizard's table fast enough, he remembered one of his past spells and cast "Summon Undead" on Thhural! Luckily, the orc in thee next room offered me a deal, and gave him a potion of restoration in exchange for his life.

Thural tried to sneak under the table in the room with secret door "C," and found that an orc had come back to life behind him.

In all, it was a wild ride, and Thural barely escaped with his life.

Thanks for sharing your quest--the Ogre-as-hero really made us excited to try it out!

Hello !

First, sorry for my bad english if i make mistakes.

Thanks for sharing your quest !

The Crown of Valor was the first quest of this Jam that i tested, before the end of the submission's.

It's ogre's Time ! The idea of an ogre hero is just super fun ! Thural is left a bit hungry, not because this quest is bad (loved the puzzles and fights) but because it sets the table for more ! :) It's a good thing ! Will there be a sequel ?

Have a nice day !
