Can I upload a binary archive to my game page in addition to the requested source-code archive?

I know the rules said 'NO BINARIES' in the context of the game jam submission source-code archive, but can we upload a second, binary archive to our game page in addition to the source code archive or is that against the rules? Someone is asking for a binary version of my game in a comment.

I'm interested in this as well. I created a game for a different jam (within the time frame of this one) that uses Go as my language, so I'd like to be able to submit that project here as well. But it has binaries because the other jam required it.

I did not want to have compiled binaries submitted for purposes of those that would like to submit malware-laden titles to the jam. Please only submit source archives with build instructions, and instructions on how to acquire any needed third party libraries.
