Even if it´s a toy more than a game, I can see its potential! I loved looking at the different combinations of quirks and little backstories.

Hehehe. Very interesting. The theoretical interactions between characters is astronomical.
Loved the artstyle, looks simple, but very solid. Too sad I could not send my bunch of weirdo knights into some trouble.
I decided to play this one cause I liked the art style on the thumbnail! Took me a second to identify what the buttons meant but I think it means accept and kick out? The representations of the people are fascinating. Not really sure what the end goal of the game was? I ended up spam clicking to see if something would happen butI just ended up with a bunch of people around my table. I do like the concept of building a village, and the little animation of them wandering aorund, though it might be more interesting if the decisions had more consequences or the characters interacted with each other in some way. Overall good job! Curious to see what you come up with next :D
Thanks for playing my toy/game! Yes, the buttons are "Recruit" or "Dismiss". I made them like 15 minutes before the deadline so the art is awful ahah, I plan on improving that.
The idea that i didn't have time to implement was to make a "loop" where you recruit X number of knights, then you have a little bit of narration about the king/queen dying and the passage of time, and you start a new round table company!
I am indeed plannning of adding interactions/adventures/events, also procedural! I'm already working on an update with all of the above and more that i'll release next week i think :)
Really liked the art style. I noticed some were getting generated on top of each other and I wanted to be able to move them away from each other, but I think if they hadn't spawned on top of each other just having them controlled with AI would be fine. Could be fun to include some nonsense talking in the background, kind of like the sims
Great art and fun getting to see my knights converse around the table. Could be interesting to explore a couple more mechanics such as money, war, decisions etc. Also, some background music & sfx while I recruit! Great work :)
Fun little toy. Interested to see what you planned for the ending. Liked the artwork and the fun little stories for each knight.
Thanks! Was planning on doing something simple for the ending, with a way to export your gang of knights as a picture + text. I had at the beginning the idea of generating more complex Arthurian stories involving each knight (and developping relationships together), but i know fear that it may chase away the simplicity of the narration that, i think, make the strengh of the tool right now.
But I at least want to add a little bit of polish, + maybe "inheritance" of traits to the next generation? I think it could be cool to create a similar tool that makes family trees.
I loved the "Uter" knight that reminds me of my aunt, and is a very good dancer! 😁
I liked the idea and would have loved to see this weird group of guys doing something together, like fighting a dragon or trying to enter a castle.
I love the generation!
In honor of accessibility and pride month, I accepted everyone to my table :D
Really love the concept. The hand drawn art style worked really well. Agree with the other comments - would love to see this taken further!
The random generation was great - I don't think I saw any duplicates adding 20+ to the round table.
I liked the art style. I agree there is some promise here. Let me know if you want to collaborate in some other jam in the future.
Thanks! The original idea was to have each knight go on an (textual and procedurally generated) adventure! The idea was to make them interact with eachother, become friends, lovers, rivals.
And i also had ideas of implementing "genealogy" with new generation of knights getting some traits from the older one? Idk.
:)
