I think I agree with the majority of comments here. The controls need polish, the game graphics are cute. A little bit more needed to make combat more fun - things like particle effects, sound effects, maybe changes in music. But a nice little foundation to a game overall

The idea and concept are very promissing. I would try the game again in a later stage of development. My main point are the control. It was to much for me to remember that keys and I had several time to scroll down and check the help text. You should later use a tutorial to learn the player each capability one by one.

I liked the idea of the game, but it seems like a pretty big scope for a game jam!

As other users commented, I had a hard time getting used to the controls and ended up preferring to use Caipora to attack.

I believe there is a lack of polish, especially in terms of animation. The caipora's attack animation is quite slow and paralyzes the player until it ends.

That said, congratulations on the submission, it's really cool to see Brazilian folklore represented at GWJ, and I hope to see you at the next jams!

This is my 3rd Wild Jam in a row, I'll make sure to do my best on the next one!

Really promising. I went to the right and didn’t know that there was someone coming from the right hand side as well. I would add some sort of indicator for that.

Vou falar em português mesmo, muito foda a ideia, os desenhos e o diálogo são maneiríssimos como os outros disseram abaixo, só achei um pouco confuso se acostumar com os controles.

Boa demais, aliás, I believe in Caipora supremacy!

Valeu! Bom saber que mais brasileiros participam!

As John, I resorted to violence... The whole time I was wondering why his feet were reversed.

I had a bit of trouble getting my head around the controls, so I just resorted to headbutting the enemies on the first level. I like the dialogues between Curupira and Caipora in betweens levels, though, and the anime art is nicely done!

Yeah, I didn't give much thought on the controls cause I was adding things over the week, I should have thought of a new button layout when every ability was done.
