Game Description
A pilot in a leaky spaceship tries to survive an asteroid field

How does your game tie into the theme?
The ship's reactor goes bust, causing the player to juggle the remaining feeble output of the backup generator. Moreover, during the game some other things malfunction as well, making the situation go from bad to worse.

Tough game...

Hope I can come back and try again.

A difficulty setting would have been really nice as would not needing to reopen the game each time - when I clicked back to menu it just closed the application.

I nice like the artwork and sound - the duct tape bouncing around was a nice touch. But ultimately the game just felt too chaotic and I need to turn off everything including the lights to get the heat down.

This one is very close to being a good game just need some balancing and adjustments (at least in my opinion)

Thanks for submitting

I'm in a blunt mood tonight so sorry, but this was a bit annoying to play!

However, there is a lot good. The concept is very cool. The graphics fit and the floating roll of loo paper? is a lovely fun touch. In fact there is so much good here like the lights off, the radar, etc, etc.

It's just that overall it feels like too much all at once. I think this needs to start simple, and build up. Only one or two rocks on the radar, player dodges, the power goes out, they have time to figure out the lights, then we get going again, then the rocks increase, something else goes, etc. etc.

Or maybe I'm just old and slow!

Interesting gameplay. I liked that I could decide when I could turn off shields and life support and that life support, shield and lights had different energy costs.

Nice visuals. (^=◕ᴥ◕=^)

Really cool game, I enjoyed it a lot. The graphics and audio is pretty well made! Maybe one hint because you used local only. Please mark your exports so that itch.io app recognizes them correctly (see screenshot below)

I really enjoyed this one! Admittedly, I initially clicked on this one because it reminded me of a game I made called Cosmic SNAFU (I'm not plugging, I swear); this one has a similar concept, but implemented much better. And there are tonnes of great little details that really sell it; the way asteroids knock your ship out of orbit when they impact, or the way the duct tape is thrown about when you fire your thrusters. It took me a few tries, but finally getting to the station was really satisfying.

Gameplay is a really interesting balancing act, nice graphics and audio. The little delay with the flashlight made things maybe a bit harder than it should be? Didn't win, but I can see how it might be doable.
