I really liked the idea for this game.  The noir setting was really nice as was trying to figure out the curse combinations.  I was afraid I wasn't too good at it.

Because it was all in black and white I did have some trouble trying  to see what was going on.  You might want to move the Next button closer to the center of the screen and make it more distinct.  It took me a few seconds to find it and I accidentally maximized the game a few times.

Great presentation, the whole game is very cohesive. The tutorial makes perfect sense but could be executed a little better. Other than that, I think it's a good entry!

Great theme - it all works so well together.  Reporting on progress through the newspaper headlines is a really nice touch.

Maybe I'm too devil-brained but I never saw the use in the good curse ingredients.  Is there one?

there are but due to the nature of the characters we chose, especially the latter 4, good curses were not gonna be as useful, if we were able to make a longer game you'd bet the good curses would be more applicable!

Well it's a cute and fun game, that's for sure.  The noir feel and style, the way you actually curse the objects based on people's requests, really fun. Music's nice too.

Only issue I had was with the way it saved. I failed to pay the rent but couldn't "reset" the game to start over, having to remove the local files. But besides that, nice job

Thats on us! you can press escape to restart the week or go to the previous day!

Most amusing, although I was rubbish at figuring out the correct combinations.

Alright, so, where to begin?

The story is wonderfully absurd. The gameplay is fantastic (though the UI is a touch clunky). The inclusion of a tutorial is awesome.

The Noir-style aesthetics and music lends a great feel to it, and the outcomes of your actions can be just hilarious.

I loved this game!

Well done!

I didn't work on it as long as I should have so I rushed the UI alot unfortunatly. Glad you liked it though!
