No control guide but I guess it is like air fighter control, thus don't have a lot of issues with it.
Difficulty only change the speed of spreading plant spikes, but I think as long as I have shot at the planets with the plant spikes, it will be considered as a hit.
Good looking 3D voxel-alike graphics, but could use some audio, maybe at least shooting sound must have, thus it will not be boring at all.
Well, another great 3D air fighter alike game to play!
I understood nothing. But it was cool.
Good take on the theme, and I like the 3D art. I especially love the art at the beginning title screen.
I like the effect of the weeds growing a bubbling around the planet, and the spaceship is really cute with its puffs of smoke.
I don't really see how to kill the weed other than just holding fire on to a planet. I beat all difficulties by aiming towards the planet and holding space. The red thing moves too fast to really be able to aim well at it in my opinion, so its better to just hope it crosses your shooting path.

As for now, this is indeed the only way to get rid of the weed: you basically shoot at the planet and because the weed moves so fast, it will get under your fire. One thing that is not intentional is how easy the "impossible mode" is. I changed a parameter last minutes to make the weed more visible but it made the "impossible mode" too easy.
In the original plan, the head of the weed would sometimes spawn some sort of buds on the planets in addition to the spikes. You can see these buds in the art of the title screen, actually; they look like glowing strawberries. The head would have had more health, and move slowly at first. Then the more the head spawns buds, the quicker it moves, the harder it gets to kill and the faster it conquers planets. Also some buds would fire stuffs at you. So in the original plan, you would have needed to keep the number of buds low, so that you can slow down the spread of the plant and attack it. Unfortunately, I had to scrap this part of the plan.
Hopefully I will find some time after the votes to implement the original idea :)

The art in this game is eye catching, I really enjoyed looking at the game. I thought the ship particles were cool, the glowy green thorns on the spheres, and the cool horizon. I do wish the shooting was tied to the mouse though - and maybe following the cursor? I also wish there were some more feedback on when I was killing the plant Overall, really cool submission.

I was also thinking of a way to tie the shooting ray to the center of the screen and allow mouse control. A bit like in Starlink: Battle for Atlas. I think the trick is to have the player control the camera rather than the spaceship. Basically the spaceship would be attached to the camera and fake being piloted.
I wanted to make the plant blink in red when you shoot it, but I could not find a way to animate the color of the mesh.
Hopefully I will have some time after the votes to improve parts of the game :)

I love the dreamy feel of this game. My only complaint was that I was really unclear on how to kill the plant at first. I thought I had to aim for the red orb making them grow.
It actually worked on my pc dude and it's amazing , sorry there is nothing wrong so i can give you feedback just wish if there were more stages , if it was up to me i would rank your game the first in this list along with "overjamed ", anyway goodgame and best of luck in your next projects!!!

Did you beat the impossible mode btw? I'm wondering if I should have made it harder.
hhhhhhhhh yeah a peice of cake , i didn't want to mention that . it should be like impossible for real , just give the player what they asked for , an impossible difficulty XD
yeah, that's what I was worried about, I changed a parameter on the growth of the plant last minute so we can see it better, but it broke the difficulty. I will have to wait after the votes to rectify that.
