Cute concept and nice execution.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing! Glad you liked the cue concept.

Nice game guys. I think there was something wrong with the html5 version. The game got stuck twice for me; I couldn't click anywhere or do anything really. This didn't happen in the downloaded version.

Developer(+3)

Thank you for playing! Sorry about the crashes. Hopefully you were able to still enjoy the game.

Congrats for the entry!

Extra props for making a strategy game for a game jam! Cutie bunnieez ;-)

Developer

Yes, that's right, cute. And that's when they are most likely to STRIKE! xD

Thanks for playing Guladam lol ^^

This game is too fun, after passing all the levels I kept waiting for more content, there is a little problem with how the camera is controlled but it does not affect anything, I loved this game it has a lot of originality

Developer

Really glad you liked it! We had a lot of fun making it. I think my favorite thing from this entry is probably the Scuba Bunny lol. Finding a wetsuit reference image and applying that to a bunny rabbit and fitting it with a snorkel, has to be the highlight of my jam career hahah xD

Sorry about the camera issues! What was happening?

Fun game, great amount of polish on it. Love the art!

Developer

Thanks Nisovin! :) I felt really good about my work on this one. The whole team was outstanding. ^^

This game is so much fun! It had a ton of polish too. Love that the control inputs felt like an RTS. Sometimes it got difficult selecting just 2 bunnies... but I ended up just left clicking 1 at a time when i couldn't capture multiple in the selection square. I also really enjoyed the dialog and text. Well done!

Developer

Hey Urodela, thanks a ton for stopping by and playing our game! The guys did an amazing job with the interface and controls eh? All that dialog and text was Willowblade's handiwork. He did an insanely good job with that. Thanks again! I'll be sure to check your game out! ^^

I am seriously astounded with how your team was able to do with just a few hours left, you guys were able to make so much stuffs before the deadline. The game was really satisfying.

And I love the wallpaper of html5 version

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! As well for the playtesting 😻

Developer

You even came back and commented! Hahah, you're awesome! And def a huge thanks to you for taking the time to help us work out the kinks right before our release. You were instrumental! 🙇‍♂️

Awesome job, nice and well polished game that you made here.

Like the pixel art style, of course specialy the bunnys :)

Developer

Thanks Wolfy! Really glad you liked it lol. The bunnies were such a random idea during the brainstorming at the beginning. Jonas1426 is the one who thought it up and we all thought it could be pretty hilarious. xD

Don't know why, while I'm halfway through the second mission, I encountered 2 times the program seemingly crashed... Maybe because I played the HTML version thus it happened like this?

EDIT: Btw, this 4x-alike and RTS game does fit the theme quite well, the rabbits population is overwhelmed if not managed well, and the human civilization gets annihilated by just bunches of rabbits.

Maybe the rabbits will conquer the world sooner or later...

Developer(+1)

Hey Ngong, thanks for playing our game! Sorry about the crashes. :/  On the bright side, levels are relatively quick and you can select any from the start. Crashes definitely still suck. Hope the game was still enjoyable for you!

The whole RTS aspect was in the plan from the start, but it seemed to be a ton of work. Carto (Jonas1426) did an amazing job putting it all together in just 9 days!! And Willow took care of all the menu's and UI aspects, including a good bit of polish. Isabella Lau was our composer and SFX creator, I feel like she really outdid herself this Jam. Was a great team, super proud of all of them! ^^

Congrats to you having a cooperative and talented team members! I was making my RTS game which attempting to bring some classic RTS mechanisms and attributes into it, but unfortunately, this is my first time to try to learn and make RTS game for this game jam, plus I had some busy stuff to deal with during the jam session.

In my game, only audio stuff were from external sources, others were made by myself. Despite this, my game still doesn't quite 'polished' as the enemy AI controls were done in rush, due to I wasted so much time on the coding of basic RTS mechanics, the auto-spawning resources and some GUI design.

Btw, hope this particular 4x-alike and RTS game can gain the ratings that it should be deserved!

This game really fits with the theme, had me frantically moving around bunnies to keep up with overpopulation. Super cool to see a strategy game in the mix, though some of the selection controls were a bit awkward to get used to (and I completely missed that it was WASD to move the camera in the first level).

Developer(+2)

It's funny how Jams work; at the very beginning most ideas feel doable. Halfway through, you start to question if your design was the right choice at all. And then at the very end you just grind to make it a reality that works as intended and hopefully looks presentable lol.

I hope you enjoyed it! And we really felt like we nailed the theme on this one too. Not abstractly, or with a sort of narrative as I've done in some teams before. Straight up Uncontrollable Growth. Really proud of all the hard work my team and I put in.

Thanks again for playing Darth! I'll 100% play and review your game when I get around to rating games this week! ^^

At first I was really confused, because I didn't read anything before hopping in.  I clicked around for a minute confused.  Then I learned to select bunnies and began sending them to tiles one at a time.   Then it all clicked and I was like duh! Bunnies go in pairs to move to tiles. I began selecting groups and sending them to other tiles.  This is where I ran into my one and only complaint with your game.  Selecting a few bunnies is too hard.  I just want 2-4 bunnies but end up with the whole pile. I spend a large portion of the game struggling to herd bunnies around.

The theme and feel of this game is perfect for this jam.  I expect to come back and play this many times for my own enjoyment.

Developer

Thanks a ton for playing our game, Oeslian! Puts a smile on my face knowing you enjoyed it! It's def a bit tough at first, even if you did read everything. You have a few things to manage, all the while trying to conquer the world. Glad you got into it though! Was a lot of hard work for sure and I'm super proud of my entire team.

Thanks again! I'll be sure to play your teams entry when I sit down and start rating games in the next day or two. ^^

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thank you for playing the game! I'm glad you were able to enjoy it despite the struggle of herding bunnies.
