I loved your entry... but maybe the map was a bit too big, and also the music stopped playing after a few minutes. Well, it was pretty fun to throw those little dudes into the fire pit...
I dig your 'horror film' type theme!..and as someone who's worked catering event, I had a good time tossing patrons into the fire pit.
One of us worked as a beautician aaaand it might've been an inspiration for the theme ;)
Cool submission :D I think the movement speed could have been a little faster. My pinky finger hurts a little from holding down shift so much 😅 I wonder what this would be like with that stealth mechanic you were going to add!
I'm curious about the stealth mechanics too :). We had a lot of fun doing this game and we are still workig to make the stealth happenI(post jam). This gamejam inspired us to try and make it a full game :D
I like the idea. I think the walk speed is a little too slow, and there needs to be a challenging element to the game. I wonder why customers are drawn to this restaurant when there's a 50% chance they'll be fed to other customers!
This game really makes you FEEL like Hannibal Lecter.
The map is a little large, so you spend a lot of time running around, and it would have been nice to make a little stealth mechanic when you change your clients into pigs ; but it's an original take on the theme !
Stealth mechanic was part of our initial plan :D, but we ran out of time and it had to be scrapped(at least for the gamejam release). Funny thing is, we have increased the map size to make the stealth part easier and then removed whole stealth side from the game and never changed the map back, although it may be useful for adding stealth and some coop elements after the jam.
