Nice little platformer, i like the different abilities for the characters and that you have to use them all at specific points to unlock parts of the level, had a good laugh when i saw the old black knight blocking your way XD

Small issues i had, the father's sword range is definitively too short, and it's too bad that there's no background music. Other than that the game feels solid, pixel art is beautiful and i like the randomized pitch on some of the sound effects like the coins.

I liked the game, very polished work. The art was good. And the game play was amazing. But there isn't a lot of content, or at least what I saw (I couldn't get the mother to the dangerous area to open the door). The effect when interacting with the game environment was a bit too much, the SFX too. And I hoped that would be a background music that would make for better experience.

There was a small bug that if the ceiling wasn't height the player keep stucking until the jump ends. And the Github repo dosn't work (404).

Overall the game was enjoyable. Nice job!

I really like this game! Great look to it and great sound. The concept is really fun too.
I didn't get very far (I'm a bad gamer) but I enjoyed what I managed to do! :-)

The art style is cute and simple and ties in really well with the sound design. The game "feel" is really good as well, with all the sound and visual feedback you've implemented. But I did feel like it is hard to get to 20 coins (I didn't really get higher than 12, I must have missed something?), and it seems like all 3 characters share the same health which I don't feel is intuitive.

Also, really good use of time which I don't see much in jam games, but bed time interrupted me way too much! I wonder if it might be better to have some benefit to bed time such as regenerating some health, or maybe slowing time down so it isn't so frequent. I also found that jumping and hitting the ceiling (with the mother) makes the character stuck there for a few moments.

Overall, I had fun, and I'm particularly impressed by the way the game feels to play :)

Glad you enjoyed it an liked the game feel. For the 12 coins thing, there is more to the left of the world once you get past the Knight.

You probably missed using the child to dash past them, which may have been very unintiutive my bad.

I completely agree with your feedback, the reason why I implemented a bed time system was due to the issues with my time system.  I agree the player should be able to choose to go to bed and get rewarded for that. Yeah the health mechanic was also a bit broken as well.

I worked out dashing past the knight but I must have missed something else entirely as I thought I'd collected all the coins possible. I shall have another go!

I really loved the animations and the effects when attacking. You've got a lot of really great game juice in here! You also got a lot done taking into account the different characters and abilities, etc. You've done a really great job!
