I like this kind of structure and I would be happy to see the little story but I know what it is, gamejam are shorts and coding can take time. I'd wanted to add some text in my game and I hadn't the time too. Hope you will make it one day ;)

Not entirely sure if this game has a ending, I played until I saw the scenario started to repeat. It definitely gives me the feeling of that there's never enough time for everyone who wanted my time, just like real life! It can definitely benefit from a little bit of graphic and sound. I feel bad that I couldn't put any points down for you in those categories.

Developer

Hiya, thanks! Don't worry I don't expect any points there haha! I don't know if you saw the description or not - the coding ended up being a bit more difficult than I expected so I ended up not having time to put in nice graphics or sound. I learned a lot at least

I like how you implemented the chips moving around the board, and the random events!

Not sure what's going on but the screen of the game is small in the top left corner, and I'm unable to move the chips. I'm using Chrome, not sure if that is the cause.

Developer

Thanks! That's really weird. When I open mine in Chrome it works fine. You aren't on mobile or fullscreening it are you? And you're clicking and dragging the chips?

This is what it ends up looking like on my end. Odd, tried in IE and Edge and get the same thing... and yup can't click and drag the chips. Odd hopefully it's just me.

Developer

are you clicking fullscreen? Maybe a fullscreen option appears that shouldn't or something. It looks like it's opening in a too-high resolution. so strange!

I'm not doing full screen. It looks like that right when I click start game. Odd, If I zoom out on the chrome tab to 50% I can start dragging the chips around, maybe it has to do with my actual screen resolution. Oh well, guess we'll just see if others have the issue. Maybe include a windows and/or mac version just in case?

Developer

thanks for being so helpful. Love your game by the way

I found out I needed to enable stretch_mode in the project settings! that was the issue.

Awesome! works perfectly now. Very interesting game. Enjoyed seeing all the different scenarios that played out by moving the chips around. Guess I have a thing for Ms. B now. LOL probably started with her seeing my lip-sync strip tease in the talent show.

I had the same problem with my game! I think it's because of a high DPI display.. fixed it by using stretch_mode also.
