I really like the title of the game and the concept. Cool mechanics and visuals. Wish it wasn't so easy to get stuck. Overall very solid entry.
Thank you for playing! In the development process, I played the game many times so I didn't realize the car got stuck so easily. After the release, I also sent the game to some of my friends and they also mentioned the 'got stuck' issue. I will be more careful in my next games. Thank you for your comments!
I think we just get so used to our own games and start to know precisely how to avoid those things - like getting stuck that it ends up passing by. Becoming self-aware of things like that is extremely hard! You did a good job because in your game it didn't disrupt the gameplay that much.
Not gonna lie, I was playing this one for quite some time. The theme is a little weak, but omg, could I switch off my brain and just go zoomies, lmao. I just didn't enjoy how easy it is to get stuck on stuff.
Thank you for this great entry into the jam! I am a big fan of the locked isometric design, and thought the game played really neatly! Well done!
Thanks! It was a great opportunity to participate in this GameJam. Looking forward your next Jams!
Interesting design choice using 3D for 2D gameplay, but it works well. The driving controls felt very sensitive to me, and it was easy to get stuck, but I still managed to deliver the cargo. Overall a good game.
Thanks! Using 3D was very helpful while creating the environment (placing assets, camera angles, shadows, lights etc.). This is why I chose to use 3D.
Fun game! Cute art and well-made driving mechanics.
Thanks! I am glad you liked it!
Cool game! The powerups and different types of cargo are cool ideas :)
Thanks!
I enjoyed this. I can imagine playing more with more variety of cargo, obstacles, and maps. Thanks!
Thank you for your comments! It is really possible to expand the gameplay with additional maps, routes and power-ups. I will take your comments into account if I have time to develop CarGo further!
Addictive little game loop. I love the aesthetic quality to picking a good route to maximize your deliveries. Also a fan of the locked isometric camera for this game.
Thank you for your comments! In Windows version lights works better (exactly same game but lights not working properly in web export). If you like the game I suggest you to play Windows version too for a more colorful and alive experience!
I waited 5 minutes, but the game isn’t loading in browser… Just a spinning loading wheel.
I open it, pressed back, then opened it again and it worked.
I am sorry to hear that. It is probably because of Godot's web support and hardware usage rate of the current web browser you tried to play the game. Could you try again by refreshing the page? Also I uploaded Windows version too if web does not work again.
I would love to hear your comments about the game!
It does get stuck for a bit as well for me but it works eventually. I think it might just be taking a while to load because it's 3D
