How does your submission match the theme?
Spawning clouds are dangerous to the player, but the player wants them on screen to increase the amount of viewers, which the player needs a certain number of to pass the stage. Attacking a cloud can destroy it to remove a threat or weaken it to keep it alive which increases viewer speed. Differences in spawn timers for a play to focus on one cloud type more while also making less frequently spawning clouds more important so the player can replenish their mana bar.

It is very difficult to understand what happen during the game. You should add more feedback (visual or audio) when the player do something and make more comprehensible the purposes of the different gauges.
