How does your submission match the theme?
It has a one button Dashing mechanic by which u close gaps dodge arrows and attack enemies. But there is a red Moon above which depicts the Health of character which decreases by dashing and being hurt.

Lovely artstyle. Dashing is a fun mechanic, but I found it confusing that the "image" of where you dash doesn't seem to match up with where you dash to.

Heya

I played your game on my Twitch channel www.twitch.tv/zedkraze You can find a replay of the stream here: Check the description on the video to jump to your game

Pretty dashing game! The art style's really neat with the use of only black, white, and of course red. The dash mechanic was a neat idea, but the dash sometimes didn't work for some reason. I'd also work on your writing and grammar, as the opening text could use some characterization for immersion.

Nice game. Lovely aesthetics, especially the moon acting as a health bar.  Enemies acting as health pickups was smart, given how they were placed. The archers sapping your health give you a reason to keep moving. It would be nice if the dash was more consistent in taking input and going a predictable distance. Also, you move so quickly that it is often impossible to see the level as you approach it, so I would suggest zooming the camera out more. Overall, well done!

Interesting concepts and the art is great but I have some critiques

The dash didn't always work when I pressed the space bar

the indicator for how far the dash will go is not at all accurate

the level design felt like it was purposely trying to trick the player into dying when they don't know any better

the floaty movement ended up just being annoying

lounge music really doesn't fit the theme well

I love the art style and the music. The only problem I had was it seemed like the dash was a bit unresponsive. Is there a cool down on it? It was visually apparent if there was.

The art and feel are really amazing. The game is also quite challenging (in a good way)! One thing I think I should let you know is the character is not quite responsive. Maybe it is just my computer that is causing this issue, but it might be the way the input is set up in the game. But everything else is perfect!

Like the silhouetted art style, and how your health is shown with the size of the moon. Great work!
