Think there's a few bugs here and there, but really like the idea! It's fun and I almost won a few times. I see what you're trying to do by slowing down the game to let them player choose to get the speed boost, but i found out that most of the time, even after I started to slow down, I would have to shuffle backwards and probably hit an opponent before landing on the speed boost. I didn't feel like i had much control over what I landed on even though I was given a moment to try put myself ahead.
I agree with the bullet time/slow motion! The slowdown was definitely a thing where we realized it could use some tuning if we had the time. Probably the simplest thing we'd try is make it last longer and make the player move faster during it, and the UI could also work be expanded for it a bit. Hmm actually, I think it could just be a speed boost that allows the player to slow time and move faster, so it works as a boost in some situations and a way to give player more control in others. Anyways, thanks for playing and good luck!
Funny game! That's so hard to achieve first place, but enjoyable. Good luck!
very very cool ! tried 3 times to get first place ! i would had add some slowmotion for decision making more easy ^^
Verry nice .. love it !
The time-slowing mechanism is great
Fun game! Pretty difficult though.
It was pretty fun! It took me two tries to finish the race. At the first race I stuck in the middle of the dirt and my dice didn't move at all (it was near the end of the track).
This was a solid entry! Really nice art with a very unique idea that I would really love to see expanded upon.
This game was very fun to play and attempt better runs. Really like the idea of slowing time down to better manage when to take speed boosts.
This was really fun, and I love the idea.
