I like this game, so creative and enjoyble, you did good job!
The tunes are bangers and I really like character design and overall aesthetics. Gameplay wise - I think that some tutorial is missing. Initially I was trying to move by clicking (or clicking to the rhythm), but eventually got it to just press WSAD buttons, but even after that some elements were not working as intended (as others here mentioned).
But I'm glad you decided to do something different in a sea of samey dice games ;)
Conflicted on this, the music is really fun and the art is nice, but the game is just way too confusing. The level design is inscrutable, impossible to figure out how to navigate the paths and sometimes you die touching water but can walk on lava just fine, idk. I don't even really know what to do because I touched a rune and nothing happened, maybe theres just no feedback? I feel like some enemies are impossible to get past as well. Plus the game really doesn't do anything with the jam theme, other than i guess the level is a cube, and dice are, often cubes?
The losing sound was cute though. Good try, and hope next time the talent behind the art and music can be more well harnessed.
I dont understand how we had ended making a game of similar artistic ambientation haha.
I loved the music and the design, but i didn't understand how the rythm in the levels work. anyway good job!
I din't understand how to get past that one guy going back and forth over and over. Otherwise I liked it. Like how the levels rotate depending on which way you entered them.
Enjoyable! I assume it relates to the dice in that you only get a certain number of steps per beat? Or something? The music was dope, and could see this being made into a much more fleshed out game!
The concept is super cool, the character design could not be more perfect (the little groovy dance you make each step literally made us laugh), and we have no idea how you made such a wide variety of kickass music in such a short time. We had a ton of fun getting our ass kicked!
Easy 5/5
