Maybe I missed something, but I didn't understand how I score points. Assigning dice to arrow keys seemed to be a thing, and then, I'm lost. Art is really cool though.

Sorry if it was not clear.  Basically every time you move, you are assigning the current dice value (the one near the flower) to the direction you just moved in.  These assigned points are then collect and added to you total score after some time.  The trick here is some times you might need to move left but you would assign a lower score than what you already had as your current left score (sometime is best to not move at all to keep your points if you had something like all six's)

Love the visuals and the music! The game took a little for me to figure out the goal, but I enjoy the strategy of picking what directions to move. I did spend most of my time looking at the top of the screen at the dice instead of the map, mayube the dice could be closer to the player so I can focus my attention on them a little easier!

thanks, and that is a good suggestion to move it closer, or make it easier in some other way.

Cool implementation! you did a good job! next time work on the layout and presentation! Add more SF and animation next time

I really liked the way the game rewards you for moving in counterintuitive ways. It added a satisfying friction to the gameplay which I think you could develop out into a whole game. I think you probably need more challenge to really bring that element out, but it's such a solid gameplay loop – I'd love to see more!

Which is to say nothing of the art, which is just so full of character. Good stuff!

thanks, and I am happy you liked the concept.  We had issues when exporting from Godot to html5 which messed with our spawn rate, but it was too late to fix.

The art is well done. The concept is great however there was only ever one veggie.

Developer

Thanks, and yea that was a bug which only happens with the html5 version, though some people where just getting really slow spawn rates.

Interesting concept

Very well made art. The looks really sell the game. Only thing is I found the game to be a pretty easy. Also some sound effects for bullets or getting hit would help.

Developer

thanks, and yes it is easy because more enemies were supposed to spawn sooner (something wrong with the html5 version but works in my godot game engine, dont know why though), thanks for playing it anyways though.

Great Art!

Nice concept to add dice face numbers to the score. Also, the enemies didn't spawn every 6 seconds. It looked like they were spawning every 12-15 seconds.

Anyways, a very enjoyable game! Cheers!

thanks, and yea something went wrong when I exported it to html5 and spawn rates were all messed up.  Most people are not getting any spawns at all, so it is nice hearing someone was at-least getting it after a longer time

Very cute game! I thought the presentation was very good! I also didnt get new enemies spawning and was kind of confused if I could do damage on them or not

Developer

thanks, and yea there was something wrong when I exported to html5 and we noticed too late, sorry for the confusion.

I love the style a lot! The concept is also great but i wasn't getting new enemies after 6 seconds, the same one just stayed the whole time :(. Still this game is very cute!
