Fun concept and lovely art :)

There was a huge amount of whitespace around the game window that made it harder to play than it should have. The jumping feels really awkward, and rolling the dice doesn't feel like it has anything to do with the gameplay itself. It just changes the room. Nothing else.

Plus, I think it was supposed to be being shown coming out from under a cup? That was not clear at all.

Interesting little concept! I think with some tweaks to the design, you could have something kinda fun here. I think one of the biggest issues with the game right now is that there's no apparent reason not to just spam roll the dice until you get the door open, and then go to the door, so it ends up feeling a bit like it's just randomly generating the level until the door unlocks.

If you were to update this project any, one idea might be to simply have goals that spawn around the level and each time you collect a point, it rolls the dice to spawn another hazard, so the level organically becomes more difficult as you play. In any case, nice idea!

Anyway, great game ^^  I like how each number corresponds to a different obstacle.

i k r, it's the kind of enemy you would rather restart if you came across it lmao. Anyway thanks for the feedback :)

Wow! That was a really fun game, I like how there are so many possible things that can happen when you roll the dice.

I have some small tips i would like to share :)

- I recommend adding a cooldown between dice rolls because the best strategy right now is to just spam the T button and you immedeadly open the door (of course you could add a little challenge by  having it so the dice spawns in a random spot in the map and reloads when you collect it.

- I also recommend adding some juice, some particles can give your game that extra oompf

- I'd like a tutorial in the game cuz i didn't realize i could scroll down on the page and so i didn't understand the controls at first (but that's mostly my fault :P)

Lastly here are some of the things i loved:

- I really liked the art and music, The retro vibe is lovely

- The movement feels pretty sophisticated for a game jam game :)

- I find some bad roll results really creative ideas so well done!

Hey thanks a lot for the detailed reply. Regarding your tips I have to say that I agree with you, all three things should've been in the game. Sadly we didn't have the full 48hs to work with so we didn't have enough time. PS: LdobleV and santizan say thanks for prasing the art and sound.
