There’s a lot of games with blocks where you can spam))))

It's a pretty neat concept, but I don't feel very in control of the game. It's really down to the dice whether or not you'll get through the dragon fight. I guess I can 'cheat' and spam space bar until the die looks like a value I'd like, but that feels counter to what you want :)

I 100% agree. I was really hoping to get branching paths in the game but ran out of time. =\ I definitely think it would have been way more fun with  more choice. But sometimes maybe it's just up to the dice. ;) If I continue this project I'd want to add more choice and branching and better combat. And the dice spam was a bug I decided to keep in as a easter egg of sorts.

Thanks for playing! =D

The first board game sort of thing I've come across with some nice polish on the visuals and an interesting loop requiring you to run through it multiple times.  Which is interesting.

I will say though a bit boring since there's no difference between runs on the actual path besides the die and how it decides to handle your fate.  So maybe some path randomization could help or tweaking the damage of AI etc. etc. depending on the # of runs.

That and the fact that the camera switches from die to player view is a bit jarring, at least if you're jnot already looking at the player.  Otherwise though it's not terrible.  Just a bit weird to say the least.

Also, on a final note I feel very robbed by that  battle music..

Thanks Ero, you rock! I agree with everything you said. I'll see what I can do to improve it if I continue this project.

I can see the idea behind this board game but ultimatively I would have liked it much more if you could've slammed the dice around like crazy (I really enjoy over-the-top mechanics) but at the end it was a very simple boardgame that I had a bit fun with. Defeated the dragon.

I would revise the game and give it more time to improve mechanics but the dice-throw is very smooth! A solid idea. 2/2/3

Stay crunchy.

Thank you for playing! I may continue on this project and will keep your suggestion in mind. I think it would probably be a lot of fun to slam the dice around lol
