I'm not smart enough to get past the first level. But I like the concept and the music.  Cool game idea!

This is actually really close to my game's puzzle concept, except yours leans into the dice aspect way more naturally than mine does, and the puzzles are extremely involved and thought out compared to my threadbare attempt. The graphics are really clean, too! If I have one criticism, it's that these kinds of games really benefit from an undo button, but I respect the decision not to include one to really enforce the "plan ahead" aspect, even if I'm really bad at it.

Regardless, you definitely showed me up, amazing job!

Yeah, the undo button is something that it really needs, as you can feel the blood draining from your face when you're close to the exit and lose. I didn't really know how to make one, but it's something I will do as I keep developing. Thank you for your feedback :)

Great art style, very hard puzzles, nice music that fits it very well.

The owner/creator was able to almost beat the puzzle just from memory I have no idea how.

Really excellent idea!! Love the puzzle solving that can arise from it. And beautiful art with satisfying SFX and animations.

After downloading and unzipping your file when I tried to run the exe an error window appears saying that Windows can't run the game because there's a virus in it. I don't know if there's anything else I can do to try and run it but let me know if you hear of a workaround for this. I didn't notice any "Run Anyway" button.

In my experience, anti virus detect as a potential threat every executable done in game maker. In the old game maker versions, it detected as a threat even the "Test game" button itself. I believe it does so with any new executable it doesn't find in its online registry, as it detects as threats most games in this jam in this case. I don't know which antivirus you use, but I think going to the antivirus quarantine and flagging an exception would solve it.

Cool, I got it to work. I just have the default Windows Defender and was able to go and turn off the setting stopping me from opening it.

I really like this game. I love that I can tell how much thought went into the puzzle design. I also really like how most the games I've played so far play off of the dice representing randomness but in this game the dice is reliable and predictable. It's a refreshing take from all the other games. The only thing that I would add to this would be a back button, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed (see antivirus complaints) so I'd frequently misclick and then ruin my progress for that level. However, due to the predictability of the die it wasn't too hard to get back to where I was. I really liked the lasers that changed position based on what number you were on, that's a really cool mechanic that forced a little more brain power out of me. Really fun game!
