Survived for 176 seconds! It was quite fun and had me replay for a bit to get a high score. Whenever the score gets low that's when it gets really intense lol. One thing I'll say that you might wanna fix is that whenever the hand goes for a grab, you can dodge and then stand really close to it and bait it to grab again which pretty much results in free time, I managed to get like 12 seconds from it, not sure if it's good or bad to keep it.
I like the concept, I think the controls could have been comunicated more clearly, took me some time to figure out you can jump. I really like the animations, but for the game to be more fun, it would have needed more events (like when the hand comes from the side), although i totally understand that the time was propably too limited for that. I think you could have made the clock adding more time, but I guess thats hard to balance. I just found that I was running out of time pretty quick and players may engage more (and longer) with the game when they won't die as often. Then you could have made to time bonus higher. Otherwise pretty good game, solid concept & good graphics.
Managed to get a highscore of 188 seconds, if anyone want's to try and beat it.
Fun little challenge! Rushing around attempting to avoid all of the nicely themed obstacles was great. I found myself repeatedly attempting to go for near misses with the hand for that heightened sense of danger.
Would love if my total time were visible somewhere onscreen during gameplay to incentivise trying to beat my highscore.
I managed to survive 156 seconds :)
