Very satisfying to break and crush the pieces. I wish they visually stood out more against the background and the board. Also it would be cool if they were more distinct from each other. I had a hard time telling them apart. Maybe make them different colors. It's hard to tell exactly when the enemy is doing damage to my base. Maybe make that more clear. Small bug: if you are holding a die when a wave ends then you will still be holding it when 3 new cubes spawn for the next wave. Also it said wave 12 after I just died before it sent me back to the menu. The shock wave and the numbers flying looked great. The progression of the enemy waves was very well done. I had fun playing. Great job.

Making the enemies chess pieces with different movement patterns was really clever! And direct hits with the dice were very satisfying. I had a lot of fun with this, good job!

This is a fun 3d entry to the jam! I love the different dice throwing mechanics and how the chess pieces move like chess pieces!

Awesome Job!

Cool idea, love how the chess-pieces move like... chess-pieces! Aiming seems a bit dicey at times, but very enjoyable overall.

Interesting idea and nice atmosphere and models, but aiming was a little bit too hard

Very creative! The massive dice were so satisfying to chuck. There were some little ones from wave 11 onwards that were kicking my butt but it was still fun.

You found very clever idea to make it a tower defence game. Throwing dice is fun. I feeled very satisfying when my dice hit the target. You used very well physics and created a fun core mechanics with it. Great job ^^

There is something so viscerally satisfying about hucking a dice twice my size into a horde of chess pieces. Definitely one of my favorite games in the jam so far!

Thank you so much! There is not a whole lot to the gameplay loop so I tried to make it feel as good as possible.

I had good fun throwing dice at the chess pieces, I do love some tower defence! Using chess pieces as enemies is quite creative, as each of them move differently! Well done on making a fun game! :D

Interesting take on the theme! Player controller could need some improvements but overall it's a good game. Good job!

i liked the gameplay and the graphics seemed solid but i don't see how it fits the theme

This is a nice concept, but the first person controller was a little bit janky

Really neat concept! The first person controller made aiming dice a bit tricky and I think it would be more fun if the sides of the stage were walled in so that you could bounce dice off the wall instead of them flying off. Judging how far each die would go was also a bit tough, but the mega dice were very fun!
