Ok really cool game reminds me of marble madness. Nice job
Thanks!
Like the movement with the dice! Beat the game on easy (had to re-roll till I got it hehe:) Wish the difficulty started a bit slower before it took off, and that the enemies showed that they were about to move.
Very glad there were checkpoints!
Thanks, will keep you feedback in mind.
This game is hilarious for some reason and I think that the player's speed should reset after death though
Do agree that the speed should reset, That was an oversight Now I Think about it.
Quite hard for the medium setting, feels weird that you cannot hold the WASD keys to move.
It is meant to be a (Very) hard game, so don't worry if you struggled with the medium difficulty, as for the not being able to hold WASD, I completely agree with you, I just don't know how to fix it.
this game is a bit too hard and very buggy
it would be cool if the background wouldnt just be a purple void
if you fall off when you respawn you still have your speed which makes you fall off again
sometimes you can fall off and not respawn so you just fall forever
The last two, I now know how to fix but as for the background, I don't know what I could make that fits the overall theme of the game. For the first one, you'd have to point out which bugs you are talking about for me to know what you mean.
As you said in the description this was a very tough game, I couldn't even get past the third enemy!... until I realised that the player character's momentum persists after death, so what I did was go forward when I died so that when I respawned I could fly over the gap and onto that checkpoint before the long uphill path. It then took a lot of patience to slowly climb up to the end. Very rage gamey (maybe in a good way if that's what you were intending!) Controlling the weighty cube was certainly unique.
Yeah, it is meant to be a hard game, also, being able to skip that section is something I saw in testing, but I kept it in because you must beat the game how YOU want to, quick or slow.
