just amazing what y'all can do in 48 hours. The gameplay had me hooked for a good while and I was already getting better at it by the end! somehow you nailed the difficulty which is one of the hardest things to do. My only complaint is a somewhat unintuitive UI that makes it hard to see your roll and health while playing. Great work!!
Really well polished game with loads of juice!! I played until level 10, where it got hectic on screen and I couldn't always tell where my character was but I was never worried about dying. I always had about 6 lives so maybe there's some balancing needed to make it more of a challenge?

Pretty great game. The art is vary detailed, especially for Leshy (the wooden mask), with no facial movement and only express using his hands making him feel alive. The art took two artist to make this detailed it seems like four work on this.
The enemies are well varied, one-eye bats, gnomes, and the mushrooms? The mushrooms were the only one I confused with but no biggie. The level upgrade is great too, increasing the favor of the player. The jumping mechanic where the player basically dash and ignore attacks for a short time to the direction you want is good.
And the audio is very fitting and the music is great. Everything is great in this game. Excellent job!

I guess the player stats could've been somewhere else than bottom right, where the eyes travel last. Or alternatively highlighted somehow.

One thing that you might want to look into is to limit how often you can trigger abilites, it seems like spamming is a bit overtuned.

Really good stuff here! Art and sound is fantastic, and gameplay is an interesting concept. Very smooth feel, and no bugs or anything. Good enemy variety as well. Maybe a touch easy? Fun time.

Loved the presentation as a whole. Music was an absolute bop and the art was amazing. I love how even though you move randomly, you can still direct yourself with the dodge. Not really a fan of not being able to aim since it can be kinda frustrating to get a good shot in. Though the dodge does help with that as well. Overall though, it's an amazing little arcade game

This was so much fun, really liked the mechanic of having a random entity give you powers at random and having to use them on the situations and adapting! reminded me so much of a hunter x hunter character named Kite that had to use random weapons that were dealt to him and he had to adapt to the situation!
