The gameplay and visuals were very clean and well done! The stress as keeping track of the hectic rules makes for a challenging and fun game!

Incredibly polished game especially given the time frame. I like how it all seems pretty easy starting out and 4-5 rules in you're stressing lol

Very well made. Good job!

Love the Papers Please inspired idea, staying the loop of all the rules was certainly challenging for me though. Very polished art, music, and gameplay. An amazing and unique entry!

Fun game, good idea from Paper Please. But I'm not align on the "loop" idea, only that you are constantly sorting mail.

Overally, good game.

Developer

I’m glad you enjoyed! Our idea was a little more abstract— we were thinking players needed to “stay in the loop” in order to do well in the game. It’s a little abstract but we think it still fits!

This was a really awesome and fun game. Nicely polished, kinda was breezing until the 6th rule shook me up. Great job, had a blast!!!

Developer(+1)

To say you were breezing... I think you're better than me at my own game lol, thanks for playing!

Fun concept and well polished, well done!

Developer

Thank you, glad you enjoyed!

A clever take on the theme, and is very polished for the timeframe. I would say I would like to know exactly what I got wrong when I made a mistake, because sometimes it was unclear. Really good submission1

Developer

Thanks for playing! I agree with your feedback-- that's on our list of things to add in a post-jam build. :)

Okay wow this game is difficult. But also really cool! Creative interpretation of the jam theme :). Definitely reminds me of Papers, Please. I really like the art, and the game seems really well polished. Also like the Godot pot in the background. Awesome game!

Developer

Thank you, I’m glad you like it!

I like the concept of the game and really enjoyed playing it. Just like others have said felt like gotten difficult too fast. Looking forward to seeing the post-jam build,

Developer

Thank you! Our team was pretty down to the wire when submitting and many of us lost some jam time due to work/irl shenanigans, but we are excited to now properly playtest and take our time crafting the perfect difficulty and hopefully get a normal amount of sleep doing so.

This is a good idea, and extremely well polished. I felt that some of the rules got a little questionable, as in I threw something away and got an error even though the rule that it broke wasn't in affect yet. However, I may just be bad at the game, and im not going to let that take away from my opinion of it. Well done!

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks! While playtesting we came across a few instances where it really felt like we followed the rules, but when we looked for bugs we couldn't find what it was. I think there are points where it really feels like you got everything right, but missed something, so we definitely plan on implementing a system that tells you exactly what you got wrong because it feels bad for that to happen. Or there could be bugs lol, we did go down to the last minute with this. I appreciate the feedback!

Fun game and cute art!! I like the challenge (someone else already commented this, but it reminds me of Papers Please) and love how the theme was used for this game. Definitely looking forward to the post-jam build I've seen mentioned in response to other comments, there's so much potential here and I can absolutely see this being the kind of game that I can get really sucked into!!

Developer

Thanks, I’m glad you liked it! Papers Please was def an inspiration for this game. We have a bunch of ideas to polish up the game and are excited to implement them

Wonderfully made! It was hard but I love a challenge, and really great art style too!

Developer

Aw thanks you're not biased at all

Fun and looks nice! Loved the Godot pot haha

Developer

Glad you noticed it 👀

looks great ,

Developer

Thank you!

Really interesting idea, but it gets harder too quickly. Also i`ve found a bug - if you lose and click return to the menu and start a new game all rules will be saved.

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah unfortunately we did not have enough time to tweak the difficulty as I would've liked. When I finally got around to making the game speed up it was 8am, I was the only one in my group left awake, and I had just pulled an all nighter the day of the deadline. We plan on making a post-jam build so we'll definitely keep that in mind. And I know why that bug occurs, thanks for pointing it out

Submitted(+1)

Good job though

Submitted(+1)

It's fun but gets chaotic pretty quickly. I love the art style :)

Developer

Thanks!

Wow, hats off to Evil BIG STAMP LLC mail room employees. What a complicated job :'D I really enjoyed sorting out the letters and applying stamps. But I would have loved if I had more time to read and memorize the new incoming rules

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks! Once my shift finishes at Evil BIG STAMP LLC I'll make sure to adjust that in a post-jam build 🫡

Submitted(+1)

What if Papers, please were set in a mailroom instead of border control, haha. Very nice and polished game!

Developer

Thanks!

Submitted(+1)

That got really complicated really quickly ahahha Love the idea of it progressively getting more complex though <3

(don't forget to rate other people's also <3)

Thanks for the feedback! Yes I'm finally getting around to it after catching up on sleep after pulling an all nighter for this lol

Fun but a bit stressful for me :| I love it tho!

Developer

Thanks! Yeah even knowing all the mechanics I get a little stressed playing lol
