How does your game fit the theme?
The loop is death and the return. You play as an immortal who sacrifices themselves again and again to feed a flower, hoping to reclaim lost time. Each time you die, a glowing bloom marks your passing — a platform for future attempts. Progress is only possible through repeated sacrifices. Your body becomes the path forward. It’s not only a gameplay loop but also a narrative one. The player loops through life, death, and rebirth, haunted by memory and driven by purpose. The world changes with each run, ever nudging the player forward, or backward.

Woah! The game is very poetic, ominous and cool~ really loved it!

I really love how this game interprets the theme, and how it comments on the character's relentless self sacrifice. It had a great, haunting atmosphere that was suddenly broken by the ADORABLE CAT PICTURES ahahah!!!

The atmosphere in this game is spectacular!! I love the lighting and sound design especially!! I think this would be a really cool game to flesh out a little further!

The atmosphere is very good, but the gameplay and controls could be better. the sprites don't match the hitboxes, and the instant acceleration but slow deceleration makes platforming frustrating. Not sure if the game has an end, I stopped playing when I saw the same levels repeating.
Also I don't think it's supposed to say "sing" my bones, but "singe" my bones.
Good game!

There are some typos for sure, thanks for the feedback

Love the limited colour palette and art style. The game feel is immaculate with the audio, and everything works synchronously. The cat picture easter egg's a nice touch, and did I spot the "What remains of Edith Finch" font?

Slight critique would be that the poetry-inspired texts are a little vague and might get lost in translation for the global audience, but I love the effort and thought.

The collision of some assets, in terms of the visuals, made it a little tricky to navigate through the level (the jump over the tree after the fall and the bush near the water parts)

The camera work is *chef's kiss*, but please don't pinhole camera and fade the rest of the level black to this length, I loved the visuals so much that I would love to see more of it.

Overall, loved it and would pay to play more.

Thank you for playing the game, I can totally see your point

Haunting atmosphere and beautiful concept — using your own deaths as stepping stones is both poetic and clever. The music and narration really pull you in. Amazing work!

A really cool game with a real ambiance in horror and mystery. I was absorbed by the music and the sound design (the whistle reminds me of the wolf in Puss in boots 2) and it helped a lot to enter the game. The only thing is the mechanics and level design were a bit repetitive and lacked diversity (for a platformer), but the narration supports all of this and keeps you in suspense, so I understand the choice.  A really good job by the team, and I hope you will continue this project!

Thank you for the feedback, I can see what you mean with the repetition.

This was clearly made with so much passion, the atmosphere is incredible. The art and music (especially the singing) are phenomenal. The character controls could use a bit tweaking but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Amazing work

(cute cat btw)

Reminded me of Darkwood atmospherically and Faith gameplaywise, astonishing levels of art and music, connected the jam theme, games narrative and gameplay in a really solid and satisfactory  manner

Thank you :D

Story is so haunting and beautiful, the art matches really well and I love the polish touches like screen shaking and vfx and stuff! I wish there were save points sometime throughout the game so you don't fully reset and have to walk all the way from the beginning but I also get that it might be part of the story to force you to reloop and play entire lengths again (I'm probably just impatient). Great job overall!

This has such a nice aesthetic. Well done!

Love the narrative, the controls are really wonky tho. Also advice if you want to use pixelart again. Try to make all objects have the same pixel ratio else the artwork is not gonna look as good. Interesting way of implementing the loop theme. Haven't seen many story games so I like when I see them from time to time
