I love factory games, had a good time with this one. I learned that I couldn't make engines, and then was able to make a whole self contained factory in a single tile, which seemed to work well. got to 7k points in about 1.5 minutes I think. The tile had 2 sources, 4 smelters, and 2 selling points. It was tricky for me to figure out what the correct production ratios were between all the factories

Developer

i could have made the game way better if i put the work , but glad to see you enjoying it as it is !
the fact you made a 100% efficiency segment is incredible i never thought that was even possible !
thank you for your time playing the game

oo did I figure out the right ratios?

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

i think one sorce can handle 3 smelters but this is in the code i did not test it , but if it did not overflow with only 2 then you did it right

if you can show the your segment desgine it will be great i still want to see how you manage to do it

the creation of engines doesn’t work for me

Developer(+1)

thanks for the feedback
you are right that tile is broken but good thing it did not break the whole game with it

This feels like Mob Factory a bit, and is a great implementation of that genre considering it was made in just 4 days, really well done!

Developer(+1)

thanks ! the hardest bit was the conveyor belt system , every thing else is a version of the same conveyor belt Script

Really enjoyed this as well! I love factory games!! I got a highscore of 75 seconds to reach 7k points. Feedback is that you should add sounds effects next time! Great game!

Developer

glad you actually played it !
that is a good score by the way

I liked the idea! Not sure if there's building rotation as a feature, as I couldn't find the control for it, but it'd be a really nice feature if it isn't yet. Also checking for spelling mistakes before you submit next time would be in your favor.

Developer

thanks !
you are right there is actully it is R but seems like i forget to write it down , i dont know if i could change it or not
appreciate the feedback , i completely forget to Write such an important thing like that
the spelling could Esaily fixed if i give it couple of minutes but glad it did not break the game

Great concept, the idea of designing sections and then copying them at a discount is a great core mechanic for a factory game

Developer

happy to see you like it and thanks for playing
i think this mechanic force you to think before doing anything making the game a bit deeb yet easy to make for the jam

Developer
