It's a good idea; I like the transition from clouds to space and the concept of upgrading your rocket. If you add sound effects for the thrusters and space music in the future, it would be excellent and create a complete experience. Best regards!
Finished it! Fast and fun! Great work!
Could also put this on mobile!
Ended up with 1 speed, fuel, boost and didn't appear to be any way to buy upgrades.
Also not sure what "spamming" meant - thought I was in for Daley Thompson's Decathlon at one point, but there's not a lot of feedback about what the space bar does.
Still wound up launching about half-a-dozen times before it looked like I couldn't make any further progress.
lol yea some things should have been made clearer to the player, like how spamming the space bar will only give you some boost at takeoff. As the spawn of the stars and space junk are pseudo random it can feel a little tedious to launch again and again just for those 1-2 junks if you get a little unlucky. Oh well. Thanks for playing the game and the feedback as well :)
Nice game, but it really needs music and sound.
Thank you :) In hindsight we should have searched for someone who does audio, but oh well. Maybe next time :)
I wish the initial fuel load was a bit higher, I fell several times without being able to grab anything (and didn't have any money to buy upgrades).
Maybe adding a small money gain per run? This way even if we end up not hitting anything, we would still be able to eventually buy upgrades.
Thanks for the feedback :)
