Cool concept but I think it's need some balance the hero has too much health but maybe I played it wrong...
Haha well, he is the Hero and you're just a lowly villager so I wanted it to be more about wearing him down than actually overpowering him, though I did my best to balance things so it wouldn't take forever to bring him down
Sper interesting concept! It would be cooler if the hero got fully healed every time it won so you would have to make a perfect setup. Also the design is amazing
I love the aesthetic, very simple but effective choice!
I had a lot of fun and was invested til the end. Cool old-school take on a tower defense/idle game
Interesting type of game, never played anything much like this before. Unfortunately it was incredibly easy, finished without much thought on first try. Some simple changes could make this a very viable project; such as player having an inability to disconnect the path, slower money gain, no resetting of the 'hero'. After that multiple course layouts once the 'hero' reaches the coins would turn this into a really interesting take on a classic adventure game. Overall good attempt but more issues than positives in my opinion.
The original plan was to have multiple levels with the Hero getting stronger and having a bigger party each time, but I didn't pace myself well. Hopefully I can implement some of that advice next time
so simple, so tasty. 10/10
The presentation is very cool, but I think this game has some sort of memory management issue. My browser keeps crashing because of high memory usage.
Weird. I didn't experience that myself, but this was a quick project while dealing with some other work, so I might've missed something. I'll take another look. Thx for the warning
