Thanks for the positive feedback I loved how your game utilized the prompt! =)
-Enjoyment: Very fun puzzles trying to figure out what to swap!
-Creativity: Super creative idea!
-Presentation: The N64/PS1 style is awesome!
-Neat game indeed!! Please check out my non-creative entry when you can :D
Thank you for the excellent feedback played your game and its great love it! :)
Very well done! As everyone else has said already, it could be a really cool full game. I would love to see some levels in the future where you somehow get to ride around on bouncy objects that you make!
yah glad to hear you like the game ridding on a bouncy object sounds fun :)
Amazing idea for a puzzle game! I’m only disappointed by the fact there wasn’t too many puzzles in the game. I’ll have to agree with the comment below, the gimmick behind the puzzles in this game definitely has room to grow into a fully fleshed puzzle game like Portal or Qube!
Thanks for the feedback I loved your game! yah I feel we could do a lot more with the puzzles definitely tempted to work on the game more post jam :)
I love the idea and how much it reminds me of portal. Would love to play more levels in the future as this has a lot of potential.
Yah I totally agree thank you so much for the positive feedback! :)
Well done! This turned out great, feels nicely polish and well designed. Would love to see this with with more features and more content!
Really awesome idea and execution! As someone who really likes the Portal games and the recent Zelda games, this is right up my alley. With more polish and more content, this could totally work as a full game.
I love the concept and the artstyle, the artstyle is a killer the gameplay is really really good, it is polished really nicely, the only complaint I have is that there is no audio at all, overall amazing job!
Thanks for the positive feedback! yah we had audio in the works but just ran out of time we are definitely planning to add in sound post game jam.
I like the artstyle so much. also a really original idea
Thank you for the positive feedback! I did the art style and I love how it turned out a more of a modern looking PSX style game keeping the charm but utilizing lightmaps it ended up helping development a ton too because I had to make every objects texture work with every other one and if I went for a more complex modeling style it would have made it much more difficult.
Really like this idea, a little bit of music or sound could really help the presentation. I think the swapping material mechanic was really well done and unique. I was very impressed when the textures swapped, and when the ice objects melted. Really pushed it the extra mile, especially for a jam game!
Thanks for playing it! There were actually sound effects recorded for this game during the jam but we didn't manage to add them in before the deadline unfortunately. We may include them in a future update though.
Really cool concept, made me think. Love the addition of the prototype level
Sweet!
very impressive that you managed to create all this just for the game jam! It's a fun idea, and the solutions for beating the levels are very creative and challenge you to think. I had a good time with it! I'd love to see more levels made some day
Thanks for trying it! We still had more level ideas for it, maybe we'll update it in the future. :^)
Really great game concept! I really liked the presentation of the rules of the game by showing them directly in the levels with examples.
This was truly excellent, walking into level 3 made me really think that this game was something. I want to see more for sure.
Thanks for playing! Level 3 was fun to work on :^)
This has a lot of potential! Genuinely really enjoyed this, honestly would love to see what you could do with a full game length of this with more than just 48 hours to work on it. Messing with physics is always fun! I solved stage four and... uh... well it's A solution, but I'm not convinced it was supposed to be the solution. Maybe? I just made the concrete block into ice then grabbed it and just sort of carried it through the lava with myself on top of it lol. When i got to the other side I put the one item on the two buttons and made it back into concrete
Hi I made level 4 and I gotta say I really enjoy your solution I didn't even think of that. it was a awkward chamber to make lmao the actual intended solution is not much better it is just such a awkward difficulty spike but thanks for the positive feedback it is much appreciated!
That is the solution I came up with as well, just needed to do it fast enough that the block didn't melt and be too small to activate the buttons.
This feels like the start of what could be the next great first person puzzle game like portal! You could do a lot of creative things with swapping properties.
Great job on this game! Really liked the third level particularly
I feel like if you keep working on it post-jam you could actually make it a really nice steam-title!
