This was a cool game! The traps were a little unclear at first, but it was fun to try to sabotage the AI golfer!

More trap variety would be good. But I kinda just want the ball to go in the hole. It's like a lewd game but trying to prevent the lewd stuff. Game looks nice for just mostly untextured cubes. A little lighting goes a long way.

Real fun and clever twist on golf games! The environment design looks great! Be nice if during the set up phase you could see the initial direction the ball's gonna go, so that you can appropriately prepare for it. Solid work though regardless!

Good to see another golf game :)

What a stunning game! Took me a minute to understand what was going on, but after that it was great fun. Congratulations!

Great take on the idea of reversed golf! Good atmosphere and nice visuals!

Best 3D game I've played on the jam! Good job!

Thank you so much!

lovely little game. It looks great, I would've just wished for some more freedom in placing traps, as it seems very restricted, thus also making it fairly same-y. Oh there is a bridge and I have a fan? Easy answer.

But it's some great execution for the limited time.

Developer

Appreciate the feedback! As you've noticed the time constriction of the jam did impact the game design a little bit and we plan on improving it post-jam.

Thanks!

Nice game! The presentation is pretty good and I had fun, but I wish you could rotate the stage to get a better view or maybe some sort of depth view.

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot! We were short on time so I had to compromise on some features but this would be fixed in a later version after the jam is over!

Submitted(+1)

Awesome idea, was a lot of fun! I don't know if there's a way to rotate the golf ball's camera, but if not then that would be a nice addition. Besides that, it's great, well done!

Developer

Good to hear! Rotating camera will be added in the future post-jam

Great job on the 3d environments!

Very fun game, and it looks pretty good!

My only complaint is that watching the player is a little slow. But beside that I really enjoyed ruing the life of those golfers!

Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I'll note your complaint for next patch.

Really cool little game! I wonder how the ball AI works 👀

Developer(+1)

It's a node based system, its calculating which one is the closest while avoiding stuff with bit of random variables spiced in there :)

Submitted(+1)

It works so well, that a few of my traps couldn't stop the ball xD

Developer(+1)

To expand it further, the nodes are divided into zones so when the ball passes by another area its targets are now new nodes. Works quite well most of the time :D

Submitted(+1)

Well done creating such a robust system!
