That is a creative and fun game. Nice

This is a really creative gameplay loop that creates some genuinely interesting puzzle scenarios when it comes to maximising your score. Great job!

Brilliant idea and execution!

What kind of a hero does not appreciate a salad, even if it's modest? Beautiful graphics, the idea of getting angrier and mightier at making salad is great.

Amazing game. Its such a fun concept, the game looks amazing. sound effects are great, and to be honest, this feels more like an actuall finished game than a jam game. I played it for a while and managed to place 4th on the leaderboard (Altough I feel like that would change very soon).

overall great game. Keep it up♥

Thank you very much! Was a delight to see you theorycrafting the game!

Fantastic entry! The visuals are great and the concept is unique and fun. I failed to break into the 500 score range after restarting for like the 14th time, but I had lots of fun trying to figure out the best pattern for maximum yield. I just wished the demon did his epic seeds summoning hand animation faster after going through the initial phase many times. Other than that, the game is super polished and well made. One for the top for sure. Very impressive work. Well done!

The most intense faming game to ever exist! Haha! I had an absolute blast with this and the graphics are so good. Great job you guys!!!

Really cool game with great artstyle, this could be dev into a full game!

This is such a badass game with great music, amazing artstyle (and art in general), fun gameplay and concept

This is a Harvest Moon game masqueraded as a battle-RPG, so gnarly and creative!

I love the fact and find it humorous that the big bad overlord just wants to plant vegetables and make salads, 'tis so super adorable :3 <3

Plus the name of this game is quirky, clever and fun ~

That's sweet! If you're interested, we are currently working on a full game (based on one of our Ludum Dare entries), you can try the demo here: https://guilloteam.itch.io/midnight-blood-rush

That game looks sick! I'll try it out right away

Submitted(+3)

Really liked the mechanics and the level progression, want to see more

Hey there GuilloTeam. Really nice to see you all here again. As usual your game is a graphical feature. You already developed a distinct style thats quite recognizable. Had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to use my skills at first, but after i managed it was quite an enjoyable ride. I would have liked a grid on the floor so you could better see, where your character actually stands. Of course you did an upgrade system again, and im always impressed by how flawless these are designed. The concept overall is very creative, basically you play Thanos after Infinity Wars :D We should do a collab at some point, i would love to work with you guys.

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you very much for playing and giving feedback! I get what you mean with the Thanos reference haha, it fits :D I'd love to collab'!

Btw if you're interested, we are currently working on a full game which is a follow up on one of our jam games (made in a previous ludum dare)! Here's the link of the demo, I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinion about it: https://guilloteam.itch.io/midnight-blood-rush

Take care,

Clement

i found a bug: if you fill your pepper bar and finish move 30 at the same time, none of the buttons work

Developer(+1)

Hey! Indeed, we didn't see that before submitting haha, it will be fixed in the post-jam version!

Submitted(+3)

Fun Concept!
