Such a great story with amazing art and atmosphere! The concept of being the house is so interesting, I would love to play an expanded version of this game where I could roleplay
as the house and have different choices to resolve each situation. This was a really enjoyable experience, great work!

Nice art, cute story, good dog! I liked the twist of playing as the house. Unlike most Point n Click, no inventory to manage or combine items in obscure ways. Definitely still had trouble hunting what to click, a hint system or a "highlight clickable things on mouseover" option would have been nice.

I don't think Finlay and Naoki know how much I love them. Please add a button that allows me to tell them how much I love them.
My serious review is that I love the characterisation of Fin/Naoki's relationship from the dialogue alone, and the way you managed to imbue a house with so much personality is amazing! I love how the house's sass dropped some hints about where to go.
Cat's character designs are so good and the aesthetics were really beautiful and perfectly suited for the atmosphere you were creating. Awesome game design. Just really, really cool all around, please be proud of yourselves!

Cat actually only designed Finlay! Cheririm designed Naoki and the monster designs, and the ghosts are my characters. (Fun fact: those ghosts also feature in the other game jam I wrote, No Need for Best.)

CHERIRIM I'M SO SORRY FOR MY ILLITERACY!!!!!!!!! You pulled off a deeply endearing art style and I adore the expressions you chose for the mini Fin and Naokis on the text side of things! (I don't know video game terms help....)

Really loved the graphics and story! Maybe I'm not used to these types of games, but I found the "finding the thing to click" not very enjoyable. But the story and characters make up for it, and of course you only had 48 hours to make this whole thing!
I'm so glad you enjoyed! The 'finding the right thing to click' is unfortunately a staple of old school point and clicks, but as long as you had fun with the rest, then we succeeded! :)
