Fun game! I would've liked some time to realise what was going on before I got chased, and the pathfinding for the cat made it get stuck on the walls. I like the ending a lot though, great job!
Also could you rate my game? I would really appreciate it, thanks!
-Enjoyment: I was scared then I was laughing, great job~
-Creativity: It is cool that the reversing of the roles happens in the game play.
-Presentation: The mouse, cat, and dog pixel art and animations are great!
-Neat game indeed!! Please check out my non-creative entry when you can :D
This is a wonderful idea for a game and a great take on the theme. Coming up with a good idea is often the hardest part and you've done that. You've got a really solid base here, good work!
Fun idea, but need more work, it's a bit too easy.
Nice work! the twist at the end match so well with the theme!
Very short, but fun and well made game with great graphics only sounds were missing. Good job. :)
Hahaha its quite a neat experience and you hit the nail of the head in terms of the theme. Obviously the cat AI still needed some work but for a 48 hour time period you did well. Well done!
thanks for the kind words :)
The game idea it's dope! I know you mentioned it's just a prototype but I'll love to see you explore more on this idea!
Congrats in finishing and submitting this! The controls are pretty tight and it’s fun to dodge the traps and zoom around the corners. The cat can get stuck behind the walls (if you’re a little too fast) but overall it feels really fun to finally reach the dog and turn the tables!
I really appreciate your words and that you took the time to play our little game. Your feedback is very important to us!
The name of this game is just perfect!
Thank you Elias!
I think it's a cute take on the theme! After reading the description I commend you for seeing it through to the end and posting it even though it's not as polished as you'd like. Just simply finishing something in a jam with such a short timeframe is already impressive.
One bit of feedback I have is being more descriptive about the gameplay on the page if not in the game itself to be sure players know the mechanics and controls. It is probably safe to assume that most players will pick up the gist rather quickly for this little game but it's still good to include that somewhere anyway for accessibility.
Thank you very much for taking your time to play our game! You are very kind and feedback is always appreciated. In these times, getting your games to be played by other people is something very special.
