Really fun and simple arcade game. I'm super bad at it and can't get past the second level though, but trying over and over never felt frustrating. Saw in another comment that you're adding an option to restart the current level, which is probably the one thing I would add to the game. Awesome work!

This is probably on eof the most original games i've played in the jam. Once the 2 different spawn positions are introduced ot gets really har. Too bad for not beingable to restart the level instead of the game.

Sidenote: This game would make for a perfect mobile game (I suppose it's fitting since it is inspired from geometry dash), so if it isn't mobile friendy I would higly suggest you do it.

Thanks for playing! Technically u could play it on mobile already by opening it on browser, but it tends to get laggy. I updated the game to be easier with level respawns and also added more stuff, I will release it on monday when ratings end.

Very fun concept! Great execution. I would have loved to restart only the level I was trying to beat but I am guessing this is part of the concept. Anyways, good game I loved it. Good job!

This was pretty difficult, but it had a nice learning curve! Great presentation and concept, good work!

Made a trailer that shows new content, I edited all levels, there are now 6 to play.

I adjusted the position of the spikes to give each of them more purpose, and other small adjustments were also made.

The game might be slightly harder now, but the fact that u now restart on the same levels balances it out.

Spikes also have a slightly bigger hitbox when in the air, so u can do the double jumps easier.

But seriously, I think this is a really cool idea, although I do think the execution could have been improved a bit. Some of the spike positions feel useless, I think that they should either jump higher or should be placed higher with some structure under them. I also found myself using the same spikes to kill the players, I think if every spike had its own "durability" and was destroyed after a certain number of uses, it could result in greater gameplay variety. In terms of presentation, I really love the pixelated versions of cubes and other assets from the game, they look awesome! I would really like to see this idea expanded with more levels and gamemodes, there is a lot you can do with this concept that could be done post-jam if you were to continue. Great work!

Thanks man, I appreciate ur feedback. I actually updated the game slightly and I’m waiting on updating the page. I expanded the game to 6 levels, added some new graphics and made spike placements better. Also the enemies have different paths now, which forces u to use different spikes. Btw I actually never played geometry dash before doing this game, but making this kinda got me into trying out GD, its great really, I understand now why it has such a big fanbase.

Great concept! The platformer aspect adds a new dimension to this rhythm game, which is quite interesting. However, I find it a bit challenging right from the beginning, or am I just really bad? xD

Loool I thought about that exact same name! At the end I made it triangular Jump because its easier to say, also makes more sense since the only thing u do is jumping.

The game is fun! I will add different hazards to kill the enemies and maybe a cooldown on them, to avoid using the same over and over during the level. Good job!

I'm not really good at using a mouse so I would've loved some sort of control option that lets me use my number row or something, but this is a cool idea! Could almost be a rhytm game.

I love GD! This really cool, kinda wish the levels were a little shorter so i didnt have to wait through level one each time but that was fun!
