This is really clever, I'd love to see it expanded into a full game. Well done!
I quite liked the game. The player management is a good approach, and the gold is a creative solution I don't think I would have come up with. I
I do have a few notes. You can't see the current aspects that effect the player, so it's unclear whether new aspects are actually an improvement. (Or if everything stacks, then that is not communicated clearly.) Some of the weapons swing ridiculously fast, meaning that the fixed damage increases are way stronger then the rest. Also some small things. There are also a few typos in the tutorial, and the restart game at the end when you win says game over instead of something like you win, and the restart button doesn't remove the game over window. (It's also a pet peeve of mine when people say yes to the music question in a game without sound... -_-)
Cool concept ! At first, is juste a little hard to understand, then it gets fun.
I saw that I did it alone, nice ! Congrats !
It appears we had a similar idea, including the name :D. Wish I could play yours, I'm not on windows unfortunately.
I love the idea, really my kind of jam (ah ah).
So cool that you did all of that alone, congrats! :o
It seems to me that the idea can be very interesting, but it's a little difficult to understand well what to do (even with the useful tutorial you created), at least at the beginning. Also, the lack of audio feedback makes it hard to tell what's going on, especially since I almost always need to be looking at the loot creation screen.
I had no idea how this game is supposed to work, or what the gameplay is. I dropped loot and the character picked it up and swung the sword quite a lot, but then I lost and I had no idea why. I think the tutorial isn't working beyond the first instruction. User interface is good, the scene is basic but conveys what's happening to the character. Has some promise, though, and it feels like a lot of effort has gone into it.
I added a better description to the Game's page. Hope that helps.
Thanks for playing :)
