pretty nice game, the foreground and background separation (the umbrellas at the start) was a good idea, it added a bit of depth to the game. the color palette reminded me of retro video games and was a nice touch! although some music and sfx (just a basic 8-bit track and some 8-bit noises would go perfect) would go a really long way. pretty impressive you were able to make this in your first jam! well done!

This was really neat, I loved the premise and especially the cutscenes. Lots of cool ideas and details, it also reminded me of Mortal Shell with the shell mechanic. Keep up the awesome work!
