How does your game fit the theme?
It's a role reversal of pinball. You move the ball instead of the flippers and you try to avoid points.

Good idea for the theme! It was a little hard to control the ball, but I understand that might be the point.

Great take on the theme! Finally I can take revenge and be the ball :D
Interesting concept! Very fun and addicting!
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
While I eventually got stuck going supersonic on the second level, I had a lot of fun with this! I felt like I had just enough control of the ball to feel like I was in charge but still at the mercy of the bumpers. It was so satisfying to strategically get the ball out of the machine.
This was our first jam too, so I'm very impressed with what you put together, nice work!
Thanks a lot! I had fun with yours too and the art was all really good!
Nice game!
Thanks!
Really cool sound effects. Also unique idea! Try working on the UI a bit more next time.
Thanks! I totally agree about the UI, I need to work on presentation as a whole a lot more.
Hey fellow pinball maker!
Same concept as our game, it was very fun to play :D
I loved how you just lose control of the ball, feels like a real pinball game.
Thanks, glad you had fun with it!
That's great! Amazing job on your first game and solo too! Most of my team (not me) has done multiple game jams before and at least one works in the game industry. Hope to see your stuff in the next one!
Thanks, I hope to do more as well! I learned a lot and had a great time!
Clever idea!
Thanks!
Nice game, I play it because the idea was similar to my game, but I really like how you executed it completely differently. The idea to slow motion and dash was so fun.
I think it could be a little bit easier to die or have fewer lives per level, cause I really had to try hard to die to be able to see all levels 😂😂
Thanks! Yeah, I definitely should've made it easier, if I work on it more I'll probably make the gap between the flippers wider and cut it down to like 3 lives per level.
The slow motion was really well done, I found it a bit hard to control the ball but upon reading the other comments I think that's honestly just a skill issue for me haha. Congrats and well done!
Thanks a lot! You're right, it should probably be easier to control, especially for the last level, but I wanted to still have the opportunity for wacky pinball stuff to happen. If it gets too out of control, the dash is always a surefire way to redirect yourself and get at least a little control back.
The slowmo feels AWESOME, nicely done, I never thought I’d have such a great time rigging pinball. Great game!!
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Interesting idea :) fighting the balls natural movement is cool I could see that expanded into some cool puzzles or something
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Fun concept! I love the thought of being some dude with a big magnet hired to ruin some kids' fun at the arcade. Congrats on the first game :)
Thanks for the support!
Congrats on your first game! I really liked the concept, the physics are pretty well tuned to be wacky but not frustrating as you try and maneuver the ball. I noticed the score doesn't reset between runs, but other than that I had a lot of fun! I think the lowest score I got was ~110
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I'm guessing that the score not resetting was after you lost one life. There are three different boards with 5 lives a piece, and after that the score should reset.
Oh I must have missed the life counter lol, I'll have to go back and check out the other boards then
Oh yeah, I just can't read apparently - the other two maps were awesome, and pinball with gravity is...difficult to lose at - nice job!
