Great idea!!! It's a little confusing that switching to character and to player is done with different buttons, and I agree that more complexity is needed. Nevertheless, you've done a very good job!

I love the visual style! The game felt too easy, because there was really no challenge, but I think the mechanic itself could make for a very interesting game if expanded upon.
