Cute art but the cat still gives me eerie vibes (in a good way), definitely adds to the game, and just a solid short but fun game, well done!
Ah thank you ver much! Really appreciate you giving it a shot.
And yes, I'm very happy that the cat was able to create that "eerie" vibes! :D
Fabulous art style! I loved the little attention to detail with the way the cat's eyes track the player. With such a small area to run around in and having such a large head it was a difficult game! We really liked that though and had fun competing to see who got the higher time :D
I really appreciate that you played as a team and competed! (Hey, maybe that's a leaderboard idea...?)
I'll tell you a little secret, I wanted to make the game somewhat forgiving. So the collision box on Hooman is not as big as its head. Cat's hand on the other hand... ;)
Anyway, thank you very much for giving it a shot! :D
Coooool, cat always cute!
Hahaha, thank you very much. Yes, I think, no matter what, cats are cut! lol
Absolutely loved the artstyle!!! Its just so pretty to look at!
The gameplay is solid but gets really hard at one point.
And just in case, im gonna say it again, i love how it looks!!!
hahaha
Oh thank you so much! Really appreciate you liking the game like that :D
Yes, I'm thinking to tweak the difficulty and release the updated version once the voting period is over.
And just in case, I'm gonna say it again, thank you!!!
So creative! It looks amazing, the art style is so pretty. I like how you tell the story of this poor hooman. I had a lot of fun, great game!
Cléo, thank you for your nice comment! Really appreciate it :D
Let's hope together that the poor hooman's fate will look up in the future...
Man I had a cat back home and sometimes I feel exactly like this little man. Great work!
If an experience cat owner like you says so... then it must mean I was able to capture the nature of cats pretty well! lol
Thank you so much :D
Wow this game was really fun and also a little morbid. The visuals are super clean and polished and the style is really cute. Really enjoyable over all!
Thank you OodBird! I'm really happy that the visual of the game speaks to you. Really appreciate you trying it out :D
"Morbid" is probably a good word to describe it. haha
Great artwork and engaging gameplay! The visual style is impressive. The character is so cute. Really enjoyed playing it. Good job!
Thank you so much for trying my game! I'm really glad that you liked the game.
I know I still have a lot to learn but it sure makes me happy :D
Yes, we are all always learning and making a game in 48h is really difficult. You must be proud of the result achieved!
the art is awesome and cute, good job
Hey thank you very much! It means a lot to me :D
A fun little game! Good use of theme and engaging mechanics! Would love to see an instant restart button, as going through the menu and then the tutorial screen every time takes a little bit. Great art as well!
Thank you very much for giving it a shot! Really appreciate it :D
Yes, some other people requested the same thing about the instant replay so I think I'll try to add it once the voting period is over!
The game is one of the best games I played, and the mono chrome game pallet fit the game sooo, well. Well I think that a heart system is going to make the game more enjoyable.

Thank you so very much! Really appreciate you trying it :D
The heart system you speak of... I was actually debating that. In my initial sketch, I do have it. I cut it because I didn't have enough time for it. Maybe it is up for a future update!
I think that it being updated with a heat system will be great move.
i absolutely love this idea!! the art style is also attracted me! Gonna subscribe the updated game after the jam~~
Oh boy, thank you so much for giving it a try! I'm glad that you liked the idea and the art style :D
Really appreciate you expecting the updated version, too!
Wow, the art is fantastic! Really like the concept and congrats on finishing and submitting your game!
Oh Keywarn, thank you so much! Really appreciate it and the same right back atcha!
Literally such a creative and fun concept AND it looks straight out of a comic book. 10/10 so fun and morbidly cute
Hahaha, thank you very much for giving it a go! It means a lot that the art style spoke to you well. It makes me truly happy :D
OMG the art is so well done-- such a cohesive direction and simple yet effective style. I love black and white color pallets
Oh boy, thank you so very much. You are giving me such a high compliment :D
I'm glad you liked it :D
I love the aesthetics and the art. Unfortunately mi hooman gets immediately stuck after getting hit once. . . i truly accepted my fate
Oh man, thank you very much for trying! May your hooman rest in peace...
Loved the art work and the line "I need a new one" xD
Oh haha, that's the darkest part of the story. ;)
Thank you for trying my game!
I love the visual style, it has tremendous potential!
Ah, thank you very much! Really appreciate it.
Side note, I dig your profile pic. lol
The idea is really fun ! But it can be frustrating to die right away, especially since I have the same bug than a lot of people seems to have which force me to refresh the page to be able to replay the game, since no game over triggers
Yeah, at this point, it is pretty clear that I have to A) fix that "stuck" bug and B) adjust the difficulty once the time is right. I haven't been able to properly replicate the bug yet so I have to dig in deeper. Probably B would be easier to tackle.
One thing it makes me happy is, though, everyone is really trying to survive as long as possible! (Otherwise, the difficulty increment wouldn't be a problem). So, it's a learning thing for me and I really appreciate this whole feedback.
Thank you very much for giving it a shot :D
