great game! but i don't really like the controls pressing a and d to go left or right when in game that's more up and down is kind of strange
We decided that the vast majority of gamers would prefer the a and d controls relative to the car, so it made more sense to us.
Also since the car can turn to go straight up it would be difficult on the player.
How would you have done the controls?
i would have used W and and S to turn and A and D to speed up and down
Rn it's not that bad just some players could find it less logic to turn with A and D
That's probably a good idea, I could have added a setting or something. For me those controls you just recommended would be mind warping.
Great use of the theme and nice execution! I could see this fitting very well as a fun mobile title. Great work overall!
Liked the idea of switching cars and managing to dodge everything
This game is awesome! The cars are fun to control and the levels are hectic fun. When I first drove one of the racecars I immediately crashed into another car because I didn't expect the speed! I died laughing. 10/10
Really good concept and execution, the game's fun and surprisingly comprehensive for a jam game! The amount of levels you have plus the different car and animal types as well as the addition achievements is crazy, well done!
I loved this game! It's one of the most creative games I've played in the jam so far. The controls were very easy to understand and it was very satisfying drifting into those animals lol. There was a lot of content too to say that it was a jam game. Well done!
