Love the gameplay! On the first play through I managed to get the astronaut to land exactly on a circular asteroid D:
10/10 sound effects XD. Had a good time with it. Nice work.
This is an amazing level design! The presentation is awesome thanks to those sfx, in general I have nothing to critique. Good job <3
Loved the sfx!
I do agree it's slightly hard at times, but the idea is cool and the implementation is solid.
I also like the fact you made a google doc, it seems you really care about improving and that's to be appreciated!
The sound effects in this are definitely superb! I also like the general idea and how it was implemented, however, it was just too difficult for me. I tried a bunch of times, but barely got through the first level. It is almost definitely my lack of skill obviously :d But also I think game could use some checkpoints in the levels, though lack of them is understandable for a jam game. All in all, a cool entry!
I managed to complete all levels with several retries, I like it regardless, fun and a great concept! Could use an arrow indicator when the astronout is off the screen though because most of the times I'm hesitant to launch the astronout instead for I'm not sure where I should be catching, that I chose green gate holding a lot when given the choice.
Also the music and sound effects are great, especially on restarts, it made me laugh almost everytime. :)
I loved the difficulty progression for levels 1-3! Not revealing the click mechanic till later is sneaky too :p
I didn't expect something like this but the idea is so interesting! It's kind of like pong except it's now a platformer. There's some details which I found really interesting, like how the angle of the jump is very variable and that moving backwards is really slow, definitely makes the whole game feel chaotic and even ragey sometimes.
Some of the levels feel abit tight though, I think the game definitely could use abit more polish especially with the level design
Nice concept! The game can definitely use more polish and effects, and the first spike where you're forced to hold onto the astronaut may be a bit too tough and I couldn't get past it. I love the sounds though, it's creative!
Hey, because a lot of people might not want to be too critical in the comments here, I've created an anonymous google form that you can fill out if you'd be willing to give some feedback here. Thanks.
Very fun game! I can imagine a rage game like "Getting Over It" made with an idea like this. Music was great too :D
It's fun, i like it!
That was found +1 for music and sounds! :)
The gameplay is pretty fun and feels fair, the art is simple but effective and the SFX is... out of this world, if you know what i mean
Fr tho, great game!
Pretty tough game! Ended up getting pretty far on the second level, but accidentally sent the astronaut straight into a spike ball. The voice effects were amazing, hahaha
The game is hard, but pretty fun. I loved how the astronaut jumps on the platform.
I do wish the platform was a bit faster though.
I really love your approach to game art in general, the music, the graphics love it!
Actually surprised that not more people chose this theme! Well done!
Cool game, fun to play, interesting mechanics. Gameplay had a very specific atmosphere from art and audio, in a good way.
Came for the game, stayed for the voice FX. Incredible. Loved it.
Oh my god! I'm dying! And I thought my voices were good! Those sfx are brilliant!
