Thoroughly enjoyed playing this! It didn't take me long to understand what to do, although a control screen would be nice. I enjoyed playing through the levels and found the bowling ball physics funny. Don't know if there's a level 6 as it stopped working for me then.

I really liked having to predict what the bowlers were going to do beforehand although I feel like there should be more variety in what strategies each bowler can have, especially at the higher levels, as there are 10 throws per level and each bowler seems to have 3 unique animations, 4 or 5 unique ones can easily ramp up the difficulty and make the game more challenging for those that found this game a bit repetitive.

Good work! This game has a really interesting concept, but it can get a tad repetitive as time goes on. Maybe more player input could help?

Thank you for the feedback and playing the game, we'll see what we can think of in terms of adding variety if we continue to improve it

I played through level 3 before getting a bit bored. I really like the concept and I feel like there could be a solid game here, but my strategy of moving slightly left or slightly right and just standing in front of one of the other pins worked 28/30 times.

The animations are well made, especially for the pixel art style, but they take too long and end up being a bit of a drag (kind of like real bowling ironically).

Overall, this is a promising idea and you did a good job making a finished product, but I think with more time you would have a much more fun game.

Good job though!

Duckycreeper made the animations (I agree, I liked them very much when we added them in) Thanks for the feedback and for giving it a go

Neat idea, had fun trying to figure out the patterns of the bowlers.  The levels may be a bit long, but I had fun

Developer

Thank you for trying it out, and especially thank you for the feedback!

Very creative! It would be nice to be able to move while the ball is coming down the lane, or a better telegraph of the attacks - it's almost impossible to predict where the NPC will bowl.

Developer

Thank you, each bowling ball move has a unique animation that plays before it and each levels characters has a different set of unique moves so it's possible (but not easy) to predict the bowling ball position. Thank you very much for giving it a shot and thank you for the feedback!
