How does your game fit the theme?
The role reversal in this game comes from the idea of a guide dog - reversed. Instead of leading your visually impaired, full-body cast-owner to safety (you know.. GUIDE-ing them)... You LEAD THEM STRAIGHT TO THE DANGER.

Did your team create the vast majority of the art during the 48 hours?

Yes

We created the vast majority of the art during the game jam

Did your team create the vast majority of the music during the 48 hours?

Hilarious concept, controls are a little wonky but hey you only had 48 hours so that's understandable. Music is a perfect fit for the game too. Had a ton of fun :)

I'm a simple man. I see borzoi, I click borzoi.

Stunning, amazing, life changing.
I dont even know how to put in words the beauty of the borzoi animation, and as a only feedback I'd say that is a crime against the videogame industry to put a mute button in the options.

Jokes aside, the style is very coherent, i love the stylization you used for the 3d models, from the flat texturing with a very nice and thought out palette to the modeling itself (the cars are *chef kiss*), the music is fitting and the sfx are too. The gameplay. I mean. You gotta crash your owner into stuff. Do i have to say more?

All around an incredibly solid entry! Maybe I'd add a bit more visual feedbacks when you hit stuff, but i mean, it's a jam, we got 48 hours and you guys did all this stuff. it's pretty forgiving i think. 15 stars!

thank you so much for the feedback!! I'm so glad you enjoyed our game :] 💗 it's funny because the mute button doesn't work 💀

After knowing this, if i could give 16 stars i would.

I had a lot of fun playing this game, it is so funny, with the music in the background. Being a guard dog trying to hit my owner with other things. The quirkiness and comedic relief of the game is genius. I love the 3D models and SFX used, what more is there to say about a good boy wanting to guide its owner :D love it <3

Interesting concept, and pretty funny idea!
The controls felt confusing at first, until I understood how they worked (mouse being just Left|Right).
While playing, I didn't really feel any sort of "reward" for playing as intended, and while talking about it with people, we concluded that maybe having Goals and Collectables would have been really nice, as well as a bit of visual reward such as the Score points from collisions popping up above things when you hit them, so that you had more of a sense of your actions mattering.

Also, I discovered Helicopter Flying, but seemed to get shot down and couldn't find a good way to make use of it lol

We had the same idea! I think the gameplay lacks feedback and the controls are strange, but it looks nice with the cel shading! Great job!

For our game we made it so the dog makes the owner ragdoll into fences, buildings, trash cans and trees for points! You can also pee and drift hehe.

I'd be curious to hear your feedback on our project since we had the same idea!

Mouse sensiviity is much high for me, but the concept is wonderful! its a very funny little game!

Submitted(+2)

this was so silly and fun XD

I loved the music and the art, the controls were a bit hard to manage

Pretty silly game with unique concept, that's for sure, good job!

A mouse sensitivity slider would be nice to have, because, not sure if it's because of my screen, but a slight movement will turn the dog REALLY fast. Still, i got a hang of it after a while, so it's all good.

I love the chaotic energy of this game really fun and enjoyabe, the mechanics are a bit janky you can almost turn the characters into helicopters but its hilarious and I love it. As someone as has mentioned it would be good if you could swing the wheel chair bound person with some momentum into objects, otherwise great game

Such a weird and goofy game, I had a lot of fun with this one! Also, the music fits the game so well!

Loved the game and the concept, controlls are a bit wonky, the wheelchair could do with a bit more "swing"/maintaining momentum. Other than that it's a great submission!

Such a goofy game xD Everything is so nice, even your home page is amazing. The art is beautiful, the audio is very nice, and the gameplay was also pretty good! I laughed a lot while playing the game live :)

More responsive controls could help this go a long way, idk if it was intentional but it felt like i was constantly going in loops while simply trying to walk straight. The graphics, page design, and music all contribute to the overall vibe great though.

Submitted(+2)

Nice concept! I found the mouse control to be a little unresponsive. Needs more levels.

The game is very fun.
The itchio gamepage is very polished.
love it

I full-on snorted when I read the description of this game. Does that make me a bad person? Who knows? The important part is that the game delivers! Slinging your owner around is a (concerningly) fun time, and the artstyle and music support it well (shoutout to the walk animation!). I personally had a little trouble controlling the game, as the mouse controls made it kinda hard to whip the owner into obstacles as fast as I liked, and it felt a little odd that the owner would simply phase through the levels walls (even though it makes a lot of sense from a game dev perspective). All that aside, awesome job yall!

Believe it or not, when our team brainstormed, we came up with a very similar idea! (the reversed role  that you're a dog, and you drag your master into a difficult situation). Eventually, we settled on another concept (a reverse vampire survivor).

But I can't believe someone actually did it! It's really fun, I had a lot of fun creating chaos! Good job on your submission
