Ranked from 15 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
- The player is confronted by an overpowered hero while assuming the role of an under-powered enemy; the opposite of a standard RPG. - Many RPG series like Dragon Quest, Megami Tensei, and Pokémon feature monster recruitment mechanics. The roles are reversed here with the player acting as the monster being recruited. - Instead of helping the hero succeed in their quest, the highest scores are rewarded to players who take as much as possible and offer no assistance.

What a cool game! Love the art and music, and the gameplay itself is funny and enjoyably unpredictable. Awesome submission!

This game was so cute! I loved the art style, and the writing was really fun! I was only able to win over the modern hero, but I might have another go at trying to befriend the fantasy hero again! Oh, one thing I noticed when playing was that, sometimes, the modern hero would say certain lines of dialogue that the fantasy hero had! Other than that though, excellent presentation! Playing as one of the monster grunts you normally destroy in an RPG was a good take on the theme! Awesome job!

Neat little conversation sim! A little tough to understand the exact objective and whether you should ask to join or if there is another win condition you should be working towards instead. It's definitely a refreshing take on the idea though and the art/music complements it well. Nicely done!
