Congrats on finishing the game jam! This is awesome!
I think there needs to be a little more player control on the movement. Right now, it definitely feels like you're being dragged, but it's super hard to control, especially the longer it goes. And as others have mentioned - feedback when taking damage is important. Perhaps you could flash the player and make them invulnerable for a few moments?
Thanks for making this!
Funny and creative. But I feel like it needs more feedback on damage taken.
Hahahaha, I thought I could beat the game by being right on top of the dog, but the dog can go through objects and I cant so that didn't work! xD Very cute game.
the game has a lot of charm, really liked the raw artstyle. I think that there are some stuff to polish in the gameplay aspect, like the main character needs to change animations depending on his moving direction, and the trees on the side don't always match the speed of the object in the field. Overall a really fun game with a very distinct style
It was fun! But I didn't get what the power-ups give to player ^-^
I really enjoyed using the powerups! They added a lot more options to the gameplay, which made this game a lot more interesting.
Funny idea! Couldn't control the human character though, he seemed to just stay in the center area, while the dog would go left and right. Swaying back and forth seemed to make objects spawn away from the human, not sure if it was just luck. My distance was 112.
Fun game. The tether mechanic has been really overused in this jam if i saw this first i would have had a better time. Good job!
The main concept is nice! Maybe the swinging should feel better, but with some adjustments it could be really fun!
This is really fun! Not sure if really understand the physic
