@Hackerdoge420 very nice combat mechanic, but surely you can make it much more interesting, I think you should keep working on the game even after the jam, overall great job for the jam
Cool idea having the two parts of the robot being able to function apart from each other. (Didn't like killing the kids that much), but otherwise great work
Wait you killed the kids!? You monster! xD
The combat is this game is lots of fun. I think it's worth thinking about more of a tutorial at the start to help get the mechanics across, but I soon picked them up. Was a big fan of squishing people with my giant robot body!
I'm still working on the game and a tutorial is at the top of my list! Just ran out of time for the jam. Thanks for the review!
Really great progression! The weapon upgrades were a nice touch! I was a bit confused with how the rocket jump worked. But after a few tries, I was able to use its recharge to get over the final gap. Nice job!
Pretty cool game, fun and liked the main mechanic. Think it could benefit from puzzles or something that you need to activate as one character or something. but other than that a great game.
I completely agree with you! There wasn't time to do that in the jam but we're going to keep working on it so we'll add that in for sure! Thanks so much for the feedback!
I love this idea of the head and the body detaching! Really smart.
The idea behind this is so clever! I think it has a great future as a full game. I'm sorry I was unable to help make art for your team during the game jam.
