Love the graphics, but it could really use some kind of tutorial at the start. Anyway, good job! :)
i love the idea, but i wanna more
Like your graphic style.
The grapple gun was difficult to use. It only worked when falling down? And even then it was a challenge to click on things properly. I couldn't get the stick to near the top because the grapple would let it go all the time. Nice attempt though. Maybe try changing the colour pallete to communicate that you are in what cave? I thought the "time travel device" was just raising the water.
In the first moment I didnt understood what to do until I read the instructions on your game page - my suggestion is to put some hints how to play somewhere in the game because the mechanics are not selfexplaining (at least for me).
Not sure what to think about the mechanics, but it felt very unintuitive and annoying to me to point and click on an object with the mouse, to which i just moved the player via keyboard. I think a key for pickup/drop would suffice.
The idea with the time machine is great and has potential for fancys puzzles in my eyes!
Maybe a little suggestion here: when using the time machine maybe give the player a clue that this is time travelling (some kind of flying particles, color change or sth. else). On my first play i thought its a kind of sink.
Last but not least I absolutely love the visual presentation. This is the outstanding part of the game.
I think if you keep tweaking the player controls a bit this would be a very nice and interesting game!
Thank you for playing!
Originally I wanted to add the features that you suggested but unfortunately, I ran out of time. Some kind of tutorial along with a revamped grapple, pickup and drop system would absolutely be my priorities if I continue on this game. Thanks for the feedback!
i didnt get this.
The game mechanic of putting the items in the correct spot is pretty unintuitive, and the icons are hard to spot. The grappling hook is also a bit annoying to use. I like the art though, the player doesn't really fit but i like what's been done with the parallax in the background especially.
Thank you for playing!
Yeah, some of the mechanics are a pretty bit rough around the edges. :/
Really good graphics, took me a while to understand how to play it but the linked caverns were a cool idea, sometimes it was a bit wonky trying to pick things up!
Thank you!
